This thing was the best weather event I've been apart of. Scary as hell though seeing that come from a distance.

This was my first haboob EVER. Just moved here from Detroit in February and this scared the hell out of me! AT first when i saw it (I was in Chandler at the time), I was afraid that maybe it was smoke from the wildfires that eastern Arizona was having, I was about to grab all my belongings and haul ass west! LOL Yeah, cleanup of the backyard, pool area, etc took about two to three days.

@shadowace421 I live in Phoenix, most people I know have grass in their backyards. A lot of the newer houses don't have as much because their yards are like 5 yards long, but most houses do have grass in their backyards, grass that needs mowing ;)

Haboob??? We don't have have those here in Arizona and the rest of the U.S.A!!!. We do have DUST STORMS and SAND STORMS. Here in AZ we also have valley fever... hope you don't get it for breathing in all that dust. Cheers! :D

Because IF you have filters, U could/should have tried recording w/filter(s) to REALLY see what was above you?!! U also seem amazed...but some media says that happens every year? Whats the TRUTH? AND AFTER it passes was/is there so called DUST everywhere?
