Today, we travel nearly 5,000 miles from home to save a Rolls Royce Wraith that was destined to be scrapped by a good friend of mine, Mat Armstrong ( / @matarmstrongbmx . He originally bought it as a parts car to fix his Mansory Rolls Royce Wraith Black Badge previously owned by Marcus Rashford. This should be easy...right?

@@tavarish Traction Control 'off' - try resting your left foot on the brake pedal just enough to switch the brake lights on. Some cars use the brake light switch to tell the ECU when to switch off TCS in favor of ABS. ;)

You know what would be wicked? If you respray Sue, before the clear coat is applied, you and Mat sign her on the C-Pillar or something and then it gets clear coated in forever! That would make it truly unique!

Top tip Tavarish, always be very careful whenever you have a Rolls Royce and anything hydraulic and GREEN, suspension or brakes, it's probably LHM (Liquide Huile Minerale) which was developed by Citroen in the 1950's for hydraulic systems and used extensively by Rolls Royce for many many years (since the '60's). If you put normal brake fluid in it'll be a very expensive mistake as every seal in the whole system will need replacing and the cleaning operation for the pipes has to be seen to be believed ! You have been warned, double check to see if it is LHM that's needed as all of those components and the fluid itself is GREEN. From a caring Citroen owner who knows these things :-)
