Ingredients:
4 and 1/2 cups of self raising flour (150 mls cup)
2 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons spoons of powdered milk
1 table spoon of vanilla / nutmeg
Mix all dry ingredients together first before adding water.
No yeast/ Baking powder when using self raising flour.
Serving for 20 people
