✅Ingredients:
🥗Beets-2 pcs
🥗Carrot-2 pieces
🥗Potato-2 pcs
🥗 Pickles-4 pcs
🥗Salted cabbage-100/150 gr
🥗Jar of green peas
🥗Green onion-2 pcs
🥗Dill (optional)
✅ REFUELING:
-Olive oil-65 ml
- Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Table vinegar - 2 tablespoons
-Salt and pepper to taste
✅ PREPARATION:
Wash vegetables, dry and wrap in parchment and foil.
- Send to the oven for 1 hour / 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
