    • Que du sel et piment doux ensuite je pense que ceux sont des tiges de hêtre qu'ils ajoutent dans le brasier pour fumer les viandes...je n'ai pas vu d'autres épices...trop de mélanges d'épices dénaturent la cuisine...il faut resyer dans la sobriété pour garder le bon goùt de la viande...Donc cuisine saine et bonne pour la santé ce n'est pas la merde des plats cuisinés industriels.

  • Дааа уж! Особенно усхмехнули дрова для тандыра! Где-то дверную коробку разобрали - на тех "дровах" краски в сантиметр! Вы б еще рубероида в тандыр подкинули, для "аромата!".
