Carson Steele is my favorite! I love his downhill running style. He's a bruiser and so much fun to watch! 💪🏈❤️
Carson Steele. I have been saying the chiefs needed to pick up a fullback. I even mentioned to you before the draft in a comment and you addressed it and looked up how many teams had a fullback last year and only 9 did. But if Mahomes isn’t going to run on 4th and 1, and Pacheco has proven he can’t be counted on for short yardage at all. Steele solves that problem. He runs like Pacheco on steroids. I think he has the best chance to make the 53 man roster than anyone picked up or anyone we will pick up. He solves a huge problem we have had over the last 2 years that nobody seems to point out. Go Chiefs!

@@thatdude8589 He did, but he's also not a guy that can fill in for Pacheco if he gets injured. Mckinnon is great in the screen game and outside runs, but he's not an up the gut guy. CEH while not as good as Pacheco can fill in for him. Hopefully Prince, Perine, or one of the UDFA's can fill the role of McKinnon. I very much like the idea of having different styles of RB on the roster compared to teams that have 3 guys that are all the same type of RB.

Probably worth mentioning that Eyabie Okie-Anoma was the #1 DE recruit in the nation coming out of high school. He was a really highly regarded 5 star and the prize of a highly rate Alabama recruiting class. Just very immature but seems to have figured that out and didn't have any issues at Michigan or Charolette.
So happy for lovett and brown thought they would have got drafted. Jacobs also dude is a beast love it. Surprised the will be in camp let's go !!!!!!
I was looking at Carson Steele as a FB/SB before the draft. I truly believe that having him on the field gives P.Mahomes the freedom to avoid QB sneaks. This kid is a BEAST!!! He catches the ball well and, in college, actually did play some LB. Not a lot of speed but PLENTY of power. That can also come in handy when KC needs to wear a team down in the late minutes. I can see him being a KC Cult Favorite!!!
Steele reminds me more of Kareem Hunt than anyone else. Their athletic scores are close. With Steele having a better one. The contact balance and his ability to run through tackles reminds me so much of Hunt tho.
We are sooo fortunate to have such depth in multiple positions. But that rb Steele sounds pretty intriguing. Would be nice to have a bigger back
Yeah watching tape on Carson Steele and seeing his style of run is something that is very intriguing! Using him for potential 3rd & short and goal line opportunities is very interesting! Plus having another bruiser like Pacheco only wears out that defense even more for the passing game! God I’m so ready for this season!!

The nice thing about being Superbowl champs, back-to-back, is the Chiefs probably get the better UDFAs to come to camp. I mean, if you go undrafted, bud get a call from the Chiefs and a few other teams, are you really gonna tell the Chiefs no? I'm sure some might, but I bet most are happy the Superbowl champs have taken an interest in them.

I can see the running back from ucla becoming like a Rex Burkhead for the patriots. The way that dude takes care of his body he can have a 12 year career. Smart, athletic, and he’s okay with not being the focal point. I can see Pacheco’s career being extended because of this signing.

Emani Bailey is the next Kareem Hunt, less the leaping ability, & punt kicking. He's a good receiver like Hunt. That athletic score doesn't seem to match film. I've watched him play twice and he pulls off big runs.
Steele could be a valuable piece as a fullback like Burton Sherman or from the Past Tony Richardson and I think he is a wild card for a roster slot but McKinnon is likely done
I think Curtis Jacobs is probably most likely to make a roster spot out of the unrestricted free agents

That Jaaron Hayek guy is interesting. Watched video on him last night and he plays exactly like you would expect a Chiefs receiver to play. One play he looked to be running a 15 yard curl or stop-and-go on the right side of the field. About the time he should be expecting the ball his QB is flushed out sprinting to the leff. Literally, everyone else on the field starts heading left. Meanwhile, he recognizes this continues down field and throws up a hand because he is wide open. His QB half way between the left hash and the numbers sees it and bombs a 50+ in the air yard pass to the right hash that results in a 70+ yard TD. When I saw that play I was like, "damn that looks familiar." I remember watching Hill running a crossing route or a slant from right to left when Mahomes was flushed out to the left and instead of continuing to work towards his QB, Hill spun around and ran away from his QB. It was kind of funny to see in replay, because it just looks so weird in that situation to see a receiver do that, but when you got Mahomes at QB Hill knew he'd get him the ball and of course he did.

Justyn Ross last year was a UDFA but fizzled even with WR issues. They may upgrade the special teams. Super Bowl winners often have fewer holes after FA and the draft. Rashee Rice has to be expected to miss all year.
Being that I am an Old Dominion alum and obviously a fan,I hope my guy shows well. I also know all about JMU and Marshall as they are also Sunbelt teams. I do have high hopes for that RB possible FB from UCLA. I was hoping we could sign a MIZZOU Tiger as that is the other collage I am a fan of.
