I make a similar recipe as foloqs 50g sugar 100g butter salted 150g self raising floor 1 tsp vanilla essence 2tsp milk Method Mix butter sugar milk and vanilla essence by hand round and round till you cant feel the sugar grains. Then sieve the 150g self raising floor and knead till it doesnt stick on you. Make a sausage roll and cut into 15 pieces. Roll into balls and press with hand to flatten slightly. Then bake in oben at 180 for 15 mins till goldeñj

  • There are 4 ingredients, not 3. Butter, salt and sugar equals 3. Flour is 4. After all whenever I see a list of ingredients salt is either in or not, but it is definitely counted if it is there. And these are close to the 4 ingredient Scotch shortbreads that my mother always made around Christmas time, except it called for brown sugar instead of white granulated sugar. And the proportions look to be different as it makes a stiffer batter.
