  • We've had a lot of Carlo's fans worried about his health in the time of COVID 19. We got in touch with the Guffanti family to see how he is. His family said he's in lock down since 10 March but was still cutting (breaking!) cheeses up until 6 March. Carlo even sent us a message! Link Below Dear Dave and dear Channel Cheese friends. Thank you for your message. I am really emotionate by it. I am fine at the moment. I am at home but my heart is with my cheeses in Luigi Guffanti Caves. I wish you all the best and I love you like my cheeses. Stay safe and arrivederci! kzhead.info/sun/m7luh7iRaWePhnA/bejne.html

    • +Paul Shin Yeah almost like he does that shit for a living. Anyone can do it once they're shown I guess but no one's gonna trust you with a big ass wheel of cheese that took three years to age. If you instructed anyone to try and cut that cheese they'd probably try hacking through and fucking it up.

Unless, however, it's going to break in a completely different direction than you want (which occurs with the smaller pieces), then you must guide its path. The cheese's formation creates different sorts of "paths" in which different molecules are more strongly connected than others.

I'm so glad that disturbed person was born. Yum. Probably the cousin of the person who decided to squeeze some udders to quench their thirst.
