И не говорите)) да я вобще с этого всего!!! То есть вставку они нашли получается, а такую же потолще они не нашли чтоб новую изготовить получается ?! Наверно просто у них без отходное производство ))

@@sirlayorn7355 главное плоскость вала, иначе колеса будут кривые. А тлрцевые видимо топоры держат. Не так критично

не поверишь, в России практически на каждом предприятии таким же способом наваривают и восстанавливают.
Это видео надо показывать в училищах и техникумах как нельзя производить сварные -токарные работы.
Один автогеном греет, второй долбит, а третий в этот момент крутит и руки туда суёт… какой же у них травматизм на таком "производстве", йо-моё… 🙈 Особенно доставил момент "кину ключ прямо на станок, авось не упадёт на шпиндель"…

На соседнем канале с такой же тематикой мОлодцы снимали такое же по размеру металлическое колесо с трактора и просто вызвали мужичка с ручным гидравлическим съёмщиком, который всё быстро сделал. А у этих, вероятно, несколько человеко-дней потраченного впустую времени дешевле, чем один мужик с приблудой.
@@sirlayorn7355 ну уж не нам их учить решать проблемы это точно. У них производительность труда то повыше раз в 5 чем наша, если пересчитать в деньги. Если у нас такой ремонт делать то будет цена просто космос. Поэтому и выводят к ним производства со всего мира.

Olha, admiro muito o trabalho de vocês. Não sou técnico na área. Mas infelizmente não acredito que o "remendo" feito vai superar a resistência de uma peça completa original. Pessoalmente eu acho temeroso utilizar uma peça recondicionada desta num caminhão que carrega toneladas de carga. Valeu.

Acho que ali no final quando ele aquece a peça para montagem, ele altera as propriedades mecanicas, aí tem um enfraquecimento da peça.

Сварено шикарно ! И не только сварено. Сделали узел вечным!
Сделали узел ослабленным... В тандеме с другими колёсами это слабое звено которое первым выйдет из строя. Нагрев ослабляет деталь. Поэтому после машины которые горели не чинят, металл становится вязким и гнётся. А тут ось.. Ось которая несёт огромную нагрузку... Это временный вариант. Если оставить, то потянет за собой дополнительную нагрузку на другие оси - так как свою функцию он выполнять не будет... Тупо деформируется очень быстро, скинув часть своей нагиузки на другие оси.
@@user-gi3tf2qg6p Делаю подобное. Работает. После пожара не то что автомобиля из жести, невозможно даже токарный и фрезерный весом по две тонны с чугунными станинами восстановить. Имею такую беду после арт налета. Но в то же время восстановил в конце 80 печатную машину после пожара. Машина серьёзная- 10 тонн весом.
@@user-gi3tf2qg6p как сварщик напишу вы правы это времянка не более хорошо для перепродажи не кто не заметит , но такой вал проходит не долго . Пограничные сварной шов и металл там да самое ослабленное место там как правило трещины при нагрузке и появляются

know-how and ideas pretty good, but how a bout an according place to work, a clean garage, no dust, with a roof and a crane under it, a dig to work from below the car, workbenches, maybe a smithy you could build that easily with your stuff... how about?
Another lathe ruined by welding on it with the current path through the bearings.
They hammered the shaft into 'alignment' on the lathe. Do you really think they care about the bearings?
Looks like they've been at it for a while, and it still works for what they need. That's not Abom's surgically clean shop where everything is perfect, they do what they need to get the job done.

Fico vendo indianos (ou paquistaneses) fazendo esses reparos tão trabalhosos e no final dá tudo certo pelo o que parece, mas minha pergunta é a peça quebrada é muito cara ou dificil de encontrar por lá? Aqui no Brasil quebrou trocam por outra nova, claro que em algum lugar desse enorme país deva ter alguns que fazem esse tipo de reparos tambem, mas acho que o custo da peça seja m,ais barato do que tanto tempo e tanta gente envolvida para repará-la!

Talk about "half ass" repair job. They machine the part and then just roll it around in the dirt because they don't know what a workbench is.
Interesting to see they already have a jig made up to use the bottle jack to push out the pin. Must be a common repair!

Unlike many Americans (40%) they are not overweight. And since they usually don't play football, their knees are still in good shape. Those 2 factors help a lot. 😄

ThE fact that they had a jacking jig already to go suggests that this failure is quite common. Also the roads are not like your average interstate or M25 methinks

Got to be not tuff but very much tuff to work there with no gloves no eye safety an I didn't look close but probably regular shoe's on also. My hat is off to these men.

На месте шва врятли, а вот то что ось и её опора ослаблена после нагиева это факт... Деформируется, скинув часть нагрузки на другие оси

I had one of them. Things started to happin when unloading at the grain elevators. Ware the whole truck wuz picked up to dump it outa the back.
Do a follow up video. We would like to know how long it lasts. I’ll bet the other side breaks before the repair does.

@@seanryan4131 In many first world countries, it is an illegal repair. The structure is already compromised other than the break. It is difficult to determine without proper testing the integrity of the remaining structure. As someone else here has mentioned, it is likely broken due to regular overloading and may not be the only damage to it here. That's why these repairs are not usually allowed in other countries.

You are free to say that, 11:32 shows a different story, my man is welding a spot, while still red glowing he restarts a bit infront of it just before he pulls it over the spot with slack that was red glowing

@@genefogarty5395 Right.... did i say the welding performance was incorrect? No. What i said was he welded over a part without removing the cooled down slag. If thats ok for you then i assume you never remove slag before welding/doing a next pass???
@@Bonzai2350 The puddle he started in front of the tiny bit of molten slag would've just absorbed it into the new weld puddle's slag and come to the top. A small inclusion like that wouldn't lead to catastrophic failure, not the way he repaired it with that slug. I use a needle scaler and get back welding, if there's a tiny bit of slag in that large a weld area so be it, I'm not wire wheeling every job. We ain't building space shuttles or HP steam lines here and plenty of my repairs are still fine 30 years later. It's stick welding, I weld right over rust and paint all the time, that 6-8k degrees burns most any contaminates off pretty well.
@@genefogarty5395 Thx for the answer, im a mig and mostly tig welder. I understand and did welding with stick a few times but my knowledge is close to zero. But if you weld for a company some kind of certified welds. Would nothing of that slag be visible in any testing whether its ultrasoon or something else?

Продольные сварочные швы похоже выполняют роль стяжки. С помощью такого сварочного шва зажимают трубу во внутреннем диаметре. Интересная технология. Хотя есть и вопросы - не лопнет-ли по шву в дальнейшем...
Обязательно лопнет. У них для этого и приспособа есть. Видно, что на постоянной основе такое происходит. В 2000х годах был очевидцем, как у камаза отлетело заднее колесо. Вылетело на пешеходку и убило женщину шедшую с ребёнком. Не просто так авто детали нумеруют и проводят испытания и запрещено такой транспорт выводить в рейсы.
@@philipjfry199 Ой да успокойся, нумеруют, испытания проводят.) У нас на новой жиге в 2000-м (2 месяца машине было) палец ступицы переднего колеса лопнул пополам на трассе и колесо раком стало. Хорошо что лопнуло справа и ехали не быстро - утащило на обочину, а не на встречку, так что отделались испугом. Покупайте АвтоВАЗ, ребята, в отличии от зарубежных бракоделов он никогда не отзывал свои автомобили)))

Hes using a 7018 or 7013 on the cap pass cuz he's weaving it side to side to tie in and fill it out and it's welding in really flat just like those rods do mostly plus the slag layer it leaves obvious lol

I'm pretty sure that repair is not legal in the USA.
Not repaired, an entire new part would be fitted. Vehicle off the road for a month while every manager argues over the price and whose paying for it. Is it the Transport managers cost due too overloading the vehicle? Is the Fleet managers fault for buying a vehicle not up to the requirements of the job? Is it the maintenance mangers cost due to not checking the trunion on a regular basis.
@@robertwillis4061 I just don't see it happening here, though. We aren't allowed to overload our commercial vehicles at all. If an old clunker like that needed expensive repairs, it would likely be scrapped.
In Pakistan, labor is cheap, and the parts are expensive. Hence this kind of repair.
He must be using a 6010 rod he's jacking it up and down just like I do when I'm doing P5 root on big carbon pipe

This like a trip back to the 1960's in the USA. The job gets done with what they have. This is really old technology. It will hold for a time. Not a good fix by modern standards.

I have to admit I was wrong before laughing and teasing these guys. I have to say Sorry. In such conditions and poor life condition they do great job. Put any westerner in their situation he would die from starving but this guys survive. Thank you for video.
Its amazing how they repair things with the most basic tools and i swear some of those are homemade and they all work as a team

Механики может и рады сделать всё по уму, но что то мне подсказывает что клиент обратившийся в такое бомжацкое сто хотел супер дешево и сердито. Вот они сделали.

Overloading in third world countries is very routine, it still happens in United States.That is why they have weighing stations in California. Even those don't stop big rugs avoiding them.

I wonder if you realize that you are putting peoples lives in jeopardy. I agree that they can weld and they make do with what they have. I know that people are watching this content and then applying it on American highway’s as well as other countries. What if a truck owner does this and it breaks and it will break but what will the victims families deal with the loss? I think you have to have a disclaimer stating that this isn’t legal and it’s for entertainment purposes only.
Let me guess, you work in the safety industry.
I’m not connected in any way whatsoever with safety or law enforcement. I have been a owner operator of trucks and heavy equipment for 38 years and I know that that’s beyond dangerous in every way. If you notice they have made a fixture out of scrap metal to reweld them in. In their country they are likely driving on dirt roads at slow speed. Just imagine yourself or family traveling on the highway with that truck at highway speed and it breaks. All I was saying is that people watch them and try the same thing and innocent people die from it.
