@Jonathan Steel watch him in gym, he uses some pretty heavy weight. Its not muscles you need, its strong ligaments and tendons and wrist action. Of course technique too. Hes strong just not training for muscles

Some of his videos training are really good but I would love to listen to him give some tips, talk about himself a bit, how he started, what are his goals. When I was young, I thought I would be good because I could lift crazy weight. I was terrible because I only used my arm. I figured out how to use shoulder and chest but I'm still shit with my left. This kid is great with both!!

It looks thus way bcos his arm is locked so its static, but to maintain the lock bicep is working full power. Even if u r not even ckose to doing 1 arm pull ups u can maybe hold the top of a one arm chin up for 30 sec. Locked biceps are strong
