    • It makes me wonder if there are still rallies where the roads aren't closed, like at the old school Safari Rally. There was minimal traffic in those days, and everyone knew the rally was coming, so they were careful, and if they had to drive on those roads regardless, they were getting out of the way of the rally cars.
