The development pace of VAXEE's 4K wireless technology is relatively slow because we want friends who have already purchased a wireless mouse on the VAXEE platform to be able to upgrade by simply purchasing the 4K receiver. If we didn't consider this, we could have launched earlier. However, we still insist on reaching our goals. Therefore, friends with XE, NP-01S, and AX Wireless mice can upgrade to 4K or 2K by purchasing the VXD02 receiver separately and downloading the firmware update.
At the same time, to live up to the expectations of our supporters, we conducted repeated tests. We do not want to release products with issues that could affect everyone's gaming performance, especially considering the large data transmission volume in 4K. During the process, interference can easily impact data transmission, leading to inconsistent tracking speeds and affecting operations. Therefore, our development philosophy is to provide better real-time use while still ensuring stability.   • I really appreciate the fact that Vaxee made it possible for customers to get 4k without having to buy a new mouse. I wish other companies took this approach for customer care.

    • looking at their sensors & specs, you can tell they've been cooking and actually looking out for their customers making sure its all the same architecture necessary for 4k. Props to VAXEE

    • @@user-fc1kv7oy1c yes vaxee needs to get themselves some retailers. They are missing out on alot of buyers, and for no real reason. “We want all customers service to go through us” is a bad excuse. No other companys have this problem.

  • Tech looks great excited to try it! Has Vaxee considered asynchronous polling rate between the receiver and mouse, so that the receiver is always polling at 8000hz regardless of mouse polling rate, and so that packets are received faster and as soon they occur, also in an environment with interference have Two*/Eight** as much times get the desired response. Decoupling click polling at 8khz should be possible without much battery life difference if done correctly *at 4k **1k respectively

  • Dear vaxee as a massive massive fan of zygen np-01 i want to ask a very golden topic question for me. i grab mouse fairly hard so my question is that If the sideflex issues there is on the normal zygen NP-01 has been fixed on the wireless version. very very cool about the 4khz. keep it up best wishes humble regards

  • Good job vaxee! I still have a question, this 4k reciever do not decrease click latency lower than 2ms yet? Are we still need to wait for some software for making click latency about 0ms? There is no any info about click latency was mentioned. Looking forward for your reply!🙂

  • This music makes it feel like my soul has healed and my brain has been enlightened with the introduction of 4k polling rate 🌄 👼 For real though, if the 4k implementation is good, this might have some of the lowest sensor latency on the market. Their 1k polling implementation is lower latency than the GPX 1, so with the 4k it might be pretty close to Razers 3950 sensor with 8k wireless honestly. Hopefully Rtings gets onto sensor latency testing with the new dongle soon.

  • Hello, I’ve just received the 4k version of the Vaxee xe. I followed the steps to install 4k polling rate. I have a few questions 1. Is 2 or 3 lights for polling rate the 4k option ? 2. Is my mouse in competitive mode or do I need to install that?

    • If you purchased the 4K version you don’t need any steps to install 4K, this is the default setting (3 lights on). Competitive mode ON is also the default setting

    • There currently is a 4K version that comes with the 4K dongle. If you have a wireless mouse from us already, you can buy the 4K dongle seperately, everything would work the same as it would on the 4K models

  • After updating the NP01s with the new firmware it didnt't work at all and still don't get the 4k option and I don't see 3 flashing circles in the middle led on the np01s like I do on the outset AX 4k version.

    • Vaxee is cooking. Their 1K polling is already lower sensor latency than the GPX 1. With 4k they might be up there with the big hitters like the viper mini SE (and they have the advantage of 8k polling AND a 3950 sensor which nobody else has access to).
