Isn’t it though. It’s such a marvel to think about where we’ve come in such a relatively short period of time. I can only imagine what it will be like 100 or 200 years from now.

Love looking out to see what's below you, it's amazing and beautiful. Always love hearing and watching these pilots, you learn a lot on what they do. Awesome landing that sounds amazing. The skies are amazing above the clouds and going through them was great. It maybe cloudy out and you can't see far out, but what you can see is amazing. Love the snow, it's amazing and beautiful. Love seeing other planes during the taxi. These pilots are friendly and amazing. That Captain telling people to go for it if you want to be a pilot and why, I like that. Very happy pilots and amazing plane, I love it. Awesome video.

If someone stopped you in your driveway and quizzed you about your route, traffic, alternate routes, etc you would probably answer easily.

Being able to sit here in my home and actually fly in the cockpit with these pilots is amazing. I truly enjoy these videos. Thank you, DutchPilotGirl, for bringing them into my home. It must be difficult sitting in the seat and keeping your hands off the controls when you're not on the controls. First time I've ever flown into London and seen the approach thru the windshield instead of a side window. Amazing.

I've watched quite a few videos of these big planes landing and this landing was far the best one. Well focused piolets with tons of experience. The shadow of the plane in the clouds plus the absolute wonderful landing. Good job piolets enjoy the dream

You flew over my workplace. We get so used to seeing/hearing jet traffic flying overhead we don't even notice it anymore. Unless for whatever reason they come in lower than usual. Then I look up.
As someone with no knowledge of aviation. I’m definitely going to be learning smth about it. This was a rly good watch.

@@TheoneandonlyEETFUK becoming a pro athlete you not only need to be born with a level of talent but you have to play that sport your whole life and even then turning pro is less then 1% chance. I got hired at the airlines jan 3 of this year. The training program was 2.5 months. Although it took me 2 years to get all the licenses i needed to apply. The training is challenging at times but it is by no means that “hard” per say.

I wouldn´t consider myself as a professional when it comes to aviation because I don´t work in that business but I would say that I have quite a decent amount of knowlegde because I have flown many different types of aircrafts in sim (P3D and Xplane) for 4 years. I definitly love the 737. It´s a great aircraft with an awesome autopilot. You just need to dial in the target altitude in the MCP and the aircraft will descent automatically when it reaches the TOD. A feature that I higly miss in the Airbus aircrafts. Even the A350 does not feature it.
Btw. I´m only refering to the 737NG series and the 737 classic series. The first 737 that featured VNAV was the 737-300 ;)

Just the sight of snow in England is enough to grind the country to a halt and cancel flights and close airports. We need to learn some things from Toronto.

Nice to see flying the PMDG B738 on VATSIM is the same as the real thing . With lots of respect for the flying crew .
This clip was amazing. To bad I'm 46 because if I could do it all over again I would to try being a pilot. Don't know if I'm smart enough but would have loved to give it a shot.

It’s never too late to become a pilot. Trust me I get just as much enjoyment flying a Cessna as I do a 737.
46 is not to late to be a commercial pilot,but your carrier would be a little bit short.....
