Gorilla walk is great for hip mobility, wrist/shoulder mobility, and core function exercise. The challenge in this intermediate exercise comes from doing it making it look smooth and effortless (it takes a lot of effort to do that!).
The Gorilla walk involves strength, mobility, and control from fingertips to toes and will challenge your core function and breathing the entire time.
Bonus challenge: Focus on maintaining deep, calming, yet braced breathing throughout the movement.

Have given it phase one and it is proving tricky.... justly, a challenge and something to strive for. Not done yet, I'll keep at it.
