Watching Max grow rapidly like a tree is impressive. Dad-helping and bonding at this age is great for growing greater Dad's with great kids.
Thanks man
Mike - excellent content. If you are wondering why 'Dirt Boss Farms' is NOT getting any views...it is because you named the Vid - dirt boss farms. no one is interested in a farm, farmer, even with Dirtboss in front of it. If you called it 'Dirrt Boss Apocalypse prepping land'.... - you will be guaranteed 80K of views.
Perhaps.. what other suggestions do you have email me if you are in the social media IT world.
First time I have seen Max working with you. Big thumbs up for you and Max. Glad to see good father and son time and both enjoying the time together.
From Dirt Buddy to Rock Boss in one day. My how Max is growing into his own!!! Makes you proud… don’t it? You know… we think we have a lot of power under our control with our machines. But, Mother Nature’s command of Glaciers, Weather, Earth Pressure, Erosion and such seems to always put us in our place. Doesn’t she?
Oh yeah definitely
One of the best and most interesting channels on KZhead especially for earth moving and site development. No clue why you dont have half million subscribers. Coming soon for sure!
That basement turned out looking sweet! Rock Boss was having a good time for sure…😀
Thanks buddy he was!
Dirt Boss and Rock Boss back on site 😃 You pulled out some good sized rocks, pity you can't sell them to the quarry for them to crush 😬 Fondations turned out champion, top notch work from you as usual !!!! Max is growing up quick, great to see him getting hands on, a chip off the Dirt Boss block 💪💪💪
Love the interaction with your son! The "Rock Boss"
Thanks
Back on site!! Always a good day when the DB uploads
Now those are some rocks! Boulders. You got a great helper there. Rock Boss
Thats some mighty big rocks 😮
All the big work you do could warrant a 220 size machine mike
Lol funny looked a couple this week
Awesome. Good morning from the Netherlands.
My Boys 😎 Good Job ❤️
I never realized how much I’d cherish time on the job site with my dad. Fortunately he’s still around but I wish I would have done that stuff more with him just to learn the trade.
Definitely.. miss my Dad everyday every project
@@DIRT-BOSS Maybe we cannot reach out and touch but where they are now, *HE SITS IN CLOUDS OF P R I D E because of HIS SON = Y O U* as you do each day over YOUR FAMILY - Great job *MIKE* !!!
there's your ice age legacy right there! The Laurentide ice sheet from North East Canada (Newfoundland/Labrador), right down to Southern New York.
You have to love those glaciers till boulders from Canada. They are so hard from being from volcanic rocks. Great job dealing with them.
D-Boss!…great video, love your videos…I could joke about anything anytime but…that is a quality job done through and through!….you set those cat’s up!…your son helping is good to see these days!
Thanks buddy
Hi Mike, random request, but could you make a short video (if you haven't already) about how you grade with your skid steer? I've always used a tractor and when I tried with a buddies skid steer, it was like learning to walk all over again. Thank you and keep the videos coming!
Rock Boss... good one!
Alright! We got the Mini Boss back on site!
I can’t get over how hard that rock is
We’ve got greenstone here , it’s hard they’re making railroad ballast out of it . Across the river from me , they’ve been working on a quarry for over fifty years , barely made a scratch on the mountain . So many years left before they run short . Further south the quarry has been totally used up , so more demand on our local pit . 🇨🇦👍
Enjoy your work brother look heavy Stone ❤
Nice work site is looking good👍
I dig this video😅😎
You clearly love what you do - thanks for sharing....gotta do a slab for my dream shop here in Maine. Picked up some tips from you and will watch more. Hopefully the guys I hire let me help out a bit.

Nice to see your son taking interest. Nothing like great work ethic. No one can take that away! Great job DB!!
Those aren't rocks....they're BOULDERS. Nice to see your son helping out, he's growing like a weed. Thanks for sharing another great video.
Need to get yourself some dexpan. I went threw 3ft of blue granite bedrock with a little 135g. Stuff works wonders.
there’s about 5 of those rocks and bigger on every excavation up here in coastal Maine. burly
Nice work/I learned something from you years ago on one of your videos that made getting Buildings square a lot easier for me thanks.❤
Yep I know exactly what video!
Whoa look out Maxy 's gonna have his own YT channel some day...ROCK BOSS!

I had to blast out for my foundation! 100% fuckin ledge!
Rock quarry? Oh yeah...
Yeah I know all about a big rock in the basement! haha ha! ...my house (built 1924 Eastcoast MA) has a YUGE rock in the basement!

Them concrete guys forgot the rebar hats! Ouch
Mike, are those daylight drains in case the water table rises or something similar? Thanks for the video!
Yes keeps basement dry
@@DIRT-BOSS Thanks. Enjoy the nice weather ahead of us this week!
Need Thor’s hammer 💪🤗🇺🇸
Why do the people in the north dig basements just curious?
Frost
Myslel jsem si, že jsi šikovnější.
Nope just a dumb lever puller
I would saw cut those rocks first works great
There 6 foot thick
@@DIRT-BOSS I know still helps when you have to take the top off them
How many hours on the 160?
Over 6k
@@DIRT-BOSS wow! Looks really good for having so many hours👍
" *S T A Y* " the overriding labor on this job is not funny! Surely you have something in your contracts (other than your own lots) for when things go beyond the norm (even though there's nothing the BIG GUY can't handle!) How long do you think it will take 4 the stones you put in 'may' grow in size to be BIGGER? Great job, *BOSS* ! Thanks!
Great job and great video Mike. Good to see your son helping you and enjoying it. Hope you are feeling better.
Thanks Pal still Ozzy!
