From MalaMala Game Reserve to wherever you are in the world, we'll bring you moments from our daily safaris in one of Africa's most iconic private game reserves. This is essentially a continuation of our 'Rangers in Isolation' series which was filmed during the national Lockdown.
I just loved it when the baboon went to look if the lions are still there. They are so clever
😂😂😂😂😂😂 even me i laugh alone
@@abelbhebhe9079 mfowethu 😂
😂😂😂
I am in train .... laughing....public clueless
Yeah😅
This man-made structure is a perfect hideout for those baboons!!!! The Lions can simply watch and they can't do anything about it!!!
Beats any natural hideout !
Baboons are very clever
Did u see the lions under the bridge
So close but yet so far said the lion 😂❤😂
@ 0.33 Impala: "I swear I know you from somewhere" 🤣🤣
The reason I like the videos from this channel is that unlike other safari videos, you don’t have hordes of vehicles with tourists crowding the animals and unfairly giving the prey a disadvantage in the process. Good job to the mala mala organization for respecting the animals by keeping distance. 👍🏼
U can say that again
There was one video from a safari in which the vehicles probably saved the lives of two hyenas that would almost certainly have been killed by a pack of wild dogs.
BABOON: Hey Leonie, you looking for me @ 5:36? LIONESS: I don't have rear vision but Leo behind you has forward vision!
Those Lions are magnificent, they look well fed. Baby elephant and Lion cub are so adorable. The monkey checking on the Lions was funny, but when the guy started laughing was even funnier
That jackal is like SYKE! The baboons and lions are great
As a lion, i can tell you that was pure comedy.
😅
Love how they just lion around in that last scene
When that baboon climbed up and saw the lions still there and jumped back under the bridge, that was funny. It would of been funnier had it reached up and smacked that lion on its paw LOL. That baby elephant was so adorable.
Beautifully Presented! Thanks MalaMala! This was a funny filled segment with awe-inspiring sightings. The lookout baboon made my morning, such a funny character. I'm always in for well fed healthy looking lions and cubbies. The Kambula Queens are doing well with the impressive big boys who are looking absolutely formidable.
Love this channel, always great footage! I love the Kambula pride & the Ndhzenga males also! They’re a great pride, especially the little cubbies!! 🦁👑🦁👑🧡💛🧡💛
Wow, baboons are so athletic and intelligent. Lions have a lot of.. patience 😅
Its the day of the Jackal
Hey baboons, what's eating you? Not a lion..phew!
Cats are definitely opportunistic hunters. They will just patiently wait and wait for the ideal opportunity. Very smart.
They look too small to be baboons. They are most likely a small monkey. Baboons are big and fierce. They occasionally chase of lions because of their size and longer teeth.
Those are definitely chacma baboons not monkeys. The sound they are making is definitely baboon sounds. I remember it well growing up as a kid
The little baby elephant has a 5th leg! Excitable lil fellow.. 🐘❤
😂😂😂😂
🤨
I noticed that too? And at his little age it's already bigger than those of all boyfriends I ever had.😏
@@playgirl7305, Oh! you naughty girl😂
@@majesticworld255 naughty, why? The biggest one I ever had inside me was from my third ex boyfriend and was not even half that size.😡. Yakamira, for that matter!
Great reveal at the end to show lions below! 🦁
Imagine being hungry and the food annoys you till you sleepy 😂 🐒🐘🍆
AMAZING FOOTAGE!!!👍 Clever baboons hiding from the big baddies on patrol, and that adorable little baby elephant🤣
Lion: I'm sure they are here, I can smell them. Baboon: shhhhh be quite guys they are still here.
The spotter at the end lol
The jackal and impala moment started silently and ended loudly 🐒
Those lions look fairly well fed, no motivation.
There was nothing they could do. If they tried they'll fall into the ditch and thar would mean broken legs and death.
The baby lion cubs are so cute.
Survival instinct 😂😂😂
Oh my goodness!! All animals are hiding whenever they see Magnificent Lions!!
Yep - "we" all hide from lions.

That baboon that went to confirm turned around very fast
In this jungle world one need to be smarter than one can imagine
Great sightings Thank you
I like this video to watch again and again understand because monkey is hidden somewhere
Nice channel about wilds of Africa👍🇮🇳
Messrs Li:) *we can wait, we'll just LI here f a while.*
Baboons be like: You can't see me my time is now
Of course the lions can’t see the baboons, but they sure know they are hiding close by.
Smart baboon, Beutiful!
When you can literally smell your lunch, 1 meter unaccessible away from you.
How long were the Lions camped out before leaving the scene?
My video of the year
Wow i like those video made my day by the time baboon look lion are still there intelligence off animals
@2:47 😂😂😂
2:47 .......... 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
@2:50😂😂👍🐒
The jackal 0:41 was like "Is the camera still on?" He look unbothered by their presence
Lions looked like they we laying siege to the baboons. In the end, the lions had part of their pride under the bridge and other part on top. Baboons will need to eat or drink eventually.
let's tease those big kitty cats.....
Baboons found the perfect home .
If I were one of those baboons, I would troll the hell out of those lions.
Quite right. I'm never ever inviting a lion or two round for tea. That's for sure.
Troll team lol you would get killed smart boy
@JackSmith-ut4yu Maybe or maybe not, depends on if the lions are willing to risk death coming after me. From what I see they are in a better position than the lions are.
@@JackSmith.9966 No it won't. A lot of monkeys and apes are known for trolling predators. Gibons are very well observed doing that to tigers in Asia, Capuchin does that to jaguars in South and central America, for example. Heck, it's not even just monkeys, other super agile animals like squirrels troll hawks and cats all the time. Animals aren't stupid, they know when the predator is no match for them and they make sure to let them know.
Patience is the key to success
Have you ever noticed someone pushing the crosswalk button over and over expecting the light to change sooner? Those same people over-use emojis.
Magnificent footage.
Those deer thought that jackal must have been a baby deer I presume.
smile......
Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place!
I like this video to watch again and again understand day per day because cruel monkey kill by lion cub
Banbons hide 😅😅😅😅😅
I realize lions gotta eat too, but today, Team Baboon.
Wish they could build a bridge for wildebeest and zebras in the serengeti
Keep living in dreamland
Why though, aren't the crocodiles supposed to eat?
What is really necessary ... Is a ramp on both sides of the Mara at the crossing !!!
I hate to see the lioneeses and cubs go hungry, but they are outmatched against the intelligence and problem-solving skills of primates. The baboons are like a colony of little humans with world-class acrobatic skills.
Baboons remind me of thugs in the hood
Lions kills huge animals they don’t care about small animals why waste energy for little meat
Trust me, those lions are not hungry. Did you see the size of their bellies. 30 lbs of wildebeast in there! 😂😂😂
@@condorc72The pale monkey remind me of crackers in a saltine box.
@@timothyehrler4325 If they wanted to kill the troop of baboons, they can just wait until night time when the lions have the advantage.
Baboons ninja style...
How was that bridge built with no lion attack?

haha ellie
Will my baboon love ones i guess we have to sleep here on the bridge for tonight. And I'm not Lion.
So close and still so far.
What are lion's ands baboons doing on a bridge!
Very lovely n lively video- excellent hiding spot for baboons ( was wondering how this bridge came along) sweet little elephant 🐘 showing off- jackal unafraid...lovely animals . Thanks
Jackal unafraid? No the antelope were the ones unafraid.
@@auntiez4917 Why should an antelope of that size -- even if it were on its own -- be afraid of one titchy little jackal? One of those antelopes could kill that jackal easily. If there were baby antelopes in that herd, they would have driven the jackal off immediately.
@@DieFlabbergast Aren’t Jackals prey animals?
Sometimes they build these bridges to allow wildlife to cross to the other side to keep a balanced population on both sides of the river or road.
@@DieFlabbergast 👍🏾
Baboons are enough smart.
Baboons are a lot more intelligent than lions
Curiosity killed the cat..Not the Impala..
The sexiest pride upon earth challenges man's ancestors
If you think baboons are man's ancestors -- or anywhere close to it -- you need to do a lot more studying.
Baboons are not man's ancestors. No animal is an ancestor to man.
Baboons man ancestors ? Smart boy get your facts right lol
EVEN A LEAPARD CAN'T CATCH THEM
Game of hide and seek
This one is by fuse guaranty. Whether you like it or not you will sleep. This is not fear, is animals abuse. 😀😀😀😀
I don't think they are hiding. The buggers are living there.

They look too small to be baboons. They are most likely a small monkey. Baboons are big and fierce. They occasionally chase of lions because of their size and longer teeth.
Where did you get this information from? Because someone clearly misled you. You do realise there are over 5 different species of Baboons in Africa?, all varying in size and what not. Lions rarely hunt Baboons because of how elusive they are as shown in the video. Leopards on the other hand, are smaller and less powerful than Lions but manage to hunt them. I suggest you do more extensive research
dont blame baboons . So would i
why bridge in jungle...sad
Correct
To save baboon family from marauding lions 😂😂
1. It's not a damn jungle, it's savannah. 2. The bridge, like all bridges, is for crossing the river: in the rainy season, that is going to be a raging torrent of water. The only thing sad around here is your lack of intelligence.
To get across the river?
Sad is what you Indians did to animals and land in India
