"Just look for Nature's spring that's the brand of this vinegar"🤣🤣🤣made me laugh.
😂😂😂
Hahahahahahaha nagulat din ako sa sinabi nya hahahaha
🤣🤣🤣
I’m 21 years old & I get paid to get high on my KZhead channel , i love itt tbh. I’m tryna get out the hood, its wicked out here brotha🙏🙏🙏
That's a used water bottle used for the onions source.😁
My wife is from the Philippines and I have eaten all the food you’ve tried here. It’s a wonderful country with many great people
Says the guy who only visits Philippines.
You are correct man 👌
Philippines is really a Great country that I live on(っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ💝
❤️❤️❤️
Clean street food not like Indian street food
This is the most legit Filipino street food vlog I’ve seen. It’s not in a food bazaar or a mall. You really went outside and tried what common Filipinos would buy in that area in terms of street food. As a Pinoy who loves street food, I really connected with Sonny on this one.
I agree. What I noticed from foreign food vloggers trying streetfood here is they find a bazaar or nightmarket and although I also like the food there, it can get crazy expensive compared to common Filipino streetfood. A stick of fishball can cost 60 pesos compared to the 2 for 1 peso you can get from an actual streetside vendor.
I love how this dude appreciates all the stuff we have in the Philippines, makes me proud.
Yeah. If only the governments are as good as the food
Foods amazing my wife is filipina daily Filipino lunches at work are amazing made with love nothing beats it
☺️👍
$100 is a month worth of food here in the Philippines
Not really .. 5k is good for 10 to 15days trust me, I'm the one who budgets our everyday meal ..
@@ericd6320 maybe youre talking about family budget. for 1 person that's a whole month.
its 2 weeks worth of food..Dpends on the number of pax in the family.
@@ericd6320depends on the size of the family. But 5k is already good for 3
Come on dude, it's 2022 already. 5k worth of food is not gonna last for 2 weeks.
“Then he puts some processed chemical cheese powder” there is zero lie on that part hahaha love this man! He speaks the truth but eats them anyway 🤣
That processed chemical cheese is a big part of my life 🤣 and gosh that cheese corn huhu that's super delicious but I couldn't find any sellers here 🥺 they usually sell them outside schools..
Absolutely… mark wiens is good also but i observed all the foods he tasted is good to his taste buds.u cant determine whats good and not
It's not chemical cheese powder, it's just powdered cheddar cheese. Very common in the food industry.
@@TheChuckoluck when people say that they usually just means processed. I mean technically everything is made out of chemicals by definition
I hate the cheesesticks with powder cheese in them, it feels like a betrayal once you discover it doesn't contain a stick of cheese (I know that's not why it's called that, but it's still the better version).
I love how you are not afraid trying out foods that you might have seen and heard just now. Thank you for visiting the Philippines and creating contents like this.
I love how adventurous he is! It’s so cool just going around and trying out each vendors food. I love Filipino food so this was enjoyable to watch! 😊
I literally laughed when he said Nature's Spring is brand of vinegar😹 Thank you for featuring Manila again❤️ Hope you visit other parts of Philippines

3:37 "One big bite. 35 people watching me, super normal." This cracked me up hahaha! Yeah in the Philippines we love to see foreigners eat Filipino food and watch their rections!
True. We are just curious how would they react to the food.
I do the same in the Austria, but a bit more secretively. 👀 When i see tourists from Asia, i wonder, how they‘d like our food here. ☺️
Yes but that is very rare to find specially when there's covid
There's covid but we didn't mind it

I loooooove how honest he is about the intestine tasting awful. Just a tip, if you're going to buy a fried street food, check the color of the oil. If it's black, they're probably using it for a week already. And from the color of the vinegar alone, i can tell it won't taste good.
Yeah the vinegar color is true: the redder the sauce, the better flavor it is.
They add water to double/triple the amount of vinegar. But first, they'd buy Water from 7-11, consume it from the bottle then double purpose it as a vinegar condiment dispenser hahaha.
Good tip but to be honest its very rare to find that in Manila

What I appreciate about this is him walking around with REAL street food. Unlike some shows and videos where they walk around well known places being toured by tv or foodie personalities trying to give historical trivia.
sobrang accurate ng "being toured by tv or foodie personalities trying to give historical trivia." HAHAHA
forreals he's in binondo
Can I name names? Mark Wiens. He was toured by an obviously deadweight Filipina that acts like she didn't ate what she ate. In Quezon City food tour he did to be exact. His Binondo food tour was great from start to finish.

I love how similar Mexican and Filipino cuisine is. Like I imagine “cheese corn” is similar to our street corn
That’s because Mexico had some Spanish influence (I think) and Philippines too! So we got some similarities!
We're a cultural melting pot, which isn't unique to us but that's just how it is when your country gets colonized so much lol

Nice! very welcome and injoy your tour here at the Philippines.
Love your work bro. Loved you on JR❤ but not sure you “ tried your best “ on this one! You just ordered small snacks, I’m guessing there wasn’t much around 😂😂
If there's one thing I always encourage people who are traveling internationally is to hit up the food markets. Love experiencing the different stalls, following the smells, and also how cheap it can be! You really do get the most out of your dollar, cheapest meal I've spent was $0.25 in Thailand for pad thai. Never take for granted what you have in your own country because others don't have it the same. Thanks for this video as it hits home! :)

@@pietrojenkins6901 Filipino are so hygienic, u don't need to worry about it. I THIK IF U R THE SERVER I THINK I NEED TO WORRY. SA
@@pietrojenkins6901 There's rather a thin line between what's hygienic or not when it comes to street food. A lot of foreigners won't even go near them, but most Filipinos don't mind. And, truth be told, hardly anything wrong happens to a person trying street food here, at least most of the time. It's best to have the knowledge like a local on what food to try or not. But honestly, a lot of Filipinos just try random street food that isn't at all hygienic, however; that's not to say we lack hygiene. In fact, Filipinos are some of the most hygienic people in the world, it's just that we really love our street food.
@@pietrojenkins6901 Filipinos are used to these, their stomachs can handle it. Also, need to adhere to the "hidden rule" that everyone who eats fishball or kikiam knows, don't dip your stick more than once on the sauce container.

I love vinegar based food and Filipino food sounds like heaven to me damn
It's not just really about the fried food or the sauce, it's always, and will always be the combination of both
Not really for the kikiam, fishballs, squid balls etc the flavour will always come from the sauce with a hint of subtle differing flavour from them, the main thing the kikiam, fishballs etc provides is the texture. The kwek kwek is different though. Not talking about the ones with the vinegar though.
