  • 8-11 another day of positive decision making - I walked to work. 4.1 miles and then had the morning to stretch - I left my house at 720a and it took me 90mins - it was raining - that did not deter me - grabbed my umbrella and I did it. 8-10 I have to be honest - I was in my feelings and gave into the beer and did not exercise since Saturday. Consistent good habit fighting those emotions not easy - prayed reset my mindset and starting again today. I do enjoy the tennis and the walking - consistency is so simple yet can at times be so hard. Now I know why Goggins consistently grinds and doesn’t cut himself any slack. 7-31 - last week I walked and logged 22 miles of walking. I swam for 45 minutes. I played tennis for one hour. In the middle of the week I weighed myself which I don’t do often but I lost 5 pounds. Yeah I’m doing this to put on a bikini and look sexy. But the ultimate motivation is to reduce my cholesterol level and increase the good cholesterol. To live a healthier life while I’m still breathing. I’m so excited to make this a lifestyle. There are no shortcuts to that. Today I’m walking it’s Sunday starting a new week getting my miles in. And I do not have a quote from the tape today from the MP3 player. LMAo 😂 Revealing my age with the last sentence. Have a great week 7-26 - We sleep 1/3 of our Lives and we think we can take a day off - another day of walking and swimming for Me 7-25 “today is the year - don’t make excuses”. Logged over 10k steps 5.1 miles. 3 at 7 am and 2 at 5 pm - feeling good. 7-24 David Goggins comment paraphrased - you are in the same place now that you were last year at this time. You make excuses - it’s my birthday, Christmas, New Years. Time doesn’t care - stop making excuses and go hard. Yes indeed - walked another 6 miles today and I’m feeling it . Going hard . And for the record - no - I’m not in same place I was last year. I passed my PMP exam - and I’m proud to say on first try - 50% of test takers fail on first try. Now focusing to change and repair my body. 6 miles coming up tomorrow. 7-23 I went to a graduation party for my niece and I had to put on big baggy unattractive clothing because the dresses I have don’t fit me and the ones that do fit me make me look like I’m pregnant. Everyone else there my age looks pregnant too. I am not happy with my body I deserve to still look sexy and wear beautiful wraparound dresses the flat on my waist. And therefore today’s comment is without me even listening to the recording which I am today’s comment that a highlight is we change when our should’ve become musts. Must walk these 5 miles today so I can do it again tomorrow and the next day so I can burn this fat and wear my pretty dresses. You change when you should have become you must do. 7-19 it was the hardest times that built your strength- so true and i thought I wouldn’t have survived some of them. And here I am stronger empowered and better than before. Walking again another 4.5+ miles. To my upcoming diesel body and mind!!! 7-12 todays comment- Pointing the finger back to you is hard - I am in this situation because of Decisions made long ago . It takes courage to look in mirror and accept the reflection- but it is also the best - I can start over and recreate as long as I accept the facts and work to change- 2nd walk. 7-10 I don’t know who needed to hear this. But I don’t know what kind of amazing you are knowing all the stuff that has come up against you and you’re still here. I needed to hear that. I put the date because I plan to listen to this motivational recording when I work out. The next time I come back something else might trigger me and motivate me and I want to keep track. Thank you for inspiring. The best is yet to come!

  • This year, it took everything that I had to just survive. 1/1/2022 0001hrs the talk happened that started my divorce. I self sabotaged my life both personal and professionally. I was removed from my family because of the divorce. My mother, tried to stop the sale of my house, the purchase of my new one, she tried to turn my in-laws against me, she even tried to turn my son against me. My best friend died, the only emotional support that I ever knew in my life, the person that had saved my life literally many times over. I even had someone pull a gun on me. I am still here, alive, fighting, and now there is no one left in my life that can ever hold me back. I survived a year that pulled out every god damn stop to try to take me down, and put me in the ground. What ever it is that you are going through, you can make it through it. You can survive. You can make it through this. You will become stronger when you reach the other side. You are more capable than you know. You are enough You are more than enough.

Challenge yourself with some ideas about manhood, explore your masculine potential and become the kind of man you would look up to. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!

But in few others the act of acceptance and true realizations holds more value. One can never tell Tyson truly realized this or not, but the man as seen everywhere in current times, is moving in wiser than ever version of himself that others are acknowledge now, but few will still look on the dark, instead of giving way to some light, or drop it altogether.
