Well context matters. I don't think the video is trying to say that if it was your last day you should be working super hard on goals. Because logically goals imply you have time to achieve them. Assuming they are macro and not micro. So I do appreciate what you're trying to say and I think it's important that people factor time into their choices but in general the video is talking more about the macro than the micro.
