Lemme tell you my reason why my squad bans cav. If we have a five stack we don't ban her because we have communication, if we are just duo or trio queing we ban her cuz we don't trust others that we don't have communication with.
Solid reason to ban cav. If my 5 stack gets defense first, we never ban cav. Similar reasons. Mostly because me and another guy in our stack main cav

its just funny that the nerf doesnt matter because you still two tap all operators if you hit chest area. Also dont forget that cavs gun has 35 meter dmg drop and not 13, but thats the entire kit cav has. No good defence utility and just pure roaming into info (if it works even). Cav is just a random team nightmare. If you have a 5 man stacks and comms she becomes pretty docile in comparison to other defender.

I’m going to be honest here I use her a lot and not once have I downed someone in two shots unless I get a headshot other then that I only hit three to four shots
@@gizmodog3594 which is weird cause the gun does 65 dmg and has a drop off only at 37 meters. You should still 2 tap all operators if they arent beyond 35 meters. Like after 35 meters the gun is a peashooter but you normally use it in CQC only anyway.
As a person who frequents Cav, I know this probably took several days or weeks of streams. And i still watch because I always want to get better as Cav. Routes, hiding spots, how to roam correctly, and just trying to get better. Nice plays man.

tbh i ban cav purely so my teammates cant play her bait site for 2 minutes and end up in a 1v5 where they laid in a corner the entire round. idk why people think this is a good way to roam
well its a good way to hide. To roam is to watch over stuff and that's too much mental gymnastics for some peeps and new players.
Yea same I literally ban cav so my teammates don’t sell by playing her. If you are going to sit in a corner away from site, at least be flipping cams on a valk or echo.

I love cav. I play Hunt Showdown, so I rely on sound a lot to tell where people are. Cav just seems to work for me since it's easy to hear others over her movement. I hate her guns though...

@@zomb1kllr Firerate is stronger than damage. Her pistol is very very good, but her rifle and shotgun aren't the greatest. Her rifle is probably the worst gun in the game. Firerate of an lmg, but mag size of an assault rifle. The gun only does 40 damage without long barrel and 44 with. The shotgun feels more like a wall tool and close corner weapon rather than a room clearing.

@@zomb1kllr Her pistol is stronger than her rifle. Tachanka's main gun has the same firerate as her rifle. It used to be trash because it did 40 damage. Then, it got a buff to 60 damage and became good, yet higher firerate weapons still outperform in most 1v1-1v2 gunfights.

Caveira is so easy to counter even if you play with randos. You just take finka and cav won't get interogations or you move with someone instead of going in alone. I mainly play her for the silent step since you can do funny things with that

Honestly the fact that my options to play seige are either spend every lobby getting zero recoiled by mouse and keyboard players or in PS only servers where my connection is unplayable is pretty frustrating

Being a console cavmain(mostly) i love when shes not banned and i can run around and hunt them and get free kills cause no one ever checks corners or weird spots
In the rank I play (Bronze) everyone bans Kapkan and not Solis. So whenever I want her banned but they ban Kapkan instead, I play Solis on rat mode with all the shenanigans that come with her purely out of spite. Don't worry, I play other defenders too.

I ban Cav for 2 reasons. 1, she allows the rattiest gameplay moreso than any other character and its annoying. 2, shes the only character in the game where my teammates can get me killed just by being bad and i have no control over it
