  • I have been one of your constant listeners in your podcast's last two years. Can you imagine that last week I was interviewed by a panel of three British people? They told me that I speak a British accent asking where I learn or if I had been to the UK. Power of listening. Thank you, Luke.

  • Hi Luke I "discovered" you a short time ago, and since then I listen to you every day. Even on some sleepless nights I put on the episodes I've listened the most (like the three-hour mega ramble about Paris, the elephant bird and your delirious text about the Chatelet station) to distract me and finally fall asleep. That's wonderful, even though it might sound like your podcast is good at making people fall asleep!!! No, quite the opposite. Because it's so pleasant, it boosts my mood, and allows me to recover my sleep. Few things do that, so I have a lot to thank you for, Luke. I subscribed to your premium programme yesterday, but I haven't tried it yet. Well, I'm glad your son was born healthy and without problems. I hope you're getting through these early days of parenthood without too much stress. I send you a hug, and thank you for being such a good English teacher, and above all such a nice, humorous and witty person.

At the end of the episode 57:29 you mentioned something about the spirit you want to bring to the podcast and how hard to do that when you are alone in front of the camera etc. and I just thought I should tell you how fun and entertaining your podcast is!! Next time when you feel that why just remember that there are people like me treat your podcast as their favorite series or TV show. So I think You succeeded to the point that made me watch your episodes for fun. Thank you and have a lovely day.

This episode 820 without a plan was what I would call "Gequassel" in German, just to fill some time. Even the speaking speed was too fast. May be, that I am one of your oldest followers. Please keep your style we are used to, all of your followers, it is such a great pleasure, thank you therefore. The pronunciation of your sentences is so clear, normally . You suggested your podcast but since my English listening is poor I'd like to turn the auto subtitle on and listen and watch to you at the same time!!! Also its very fun to see your pronouncing lips and your face expressions, I'd prefer the youtube video rather than just listening to the podcast!!! If you read this comment i hope that you listen to me and i hope you to stick to youtube more than podcast because youtube video satisfies more than one sense!!!(listening and watching) congrats on your child no.2 and have a lovely day!!! 감사합니다~~

I specifically enjoy the videos that are at least an hour in length, as I’m interested in consuming content that is both lengthy and detailed. Luke's rambling videos do not follow a strict structure or topic, but rather explore various ideas and tangents. I find value and enjoyment in watching them.
