Less Than Human
In the aftermath of a zombie outbreak, zombies are cured and exiled to secluded camps. There has been talk about rehabilitating post-zombies back into society. Steve, the journalist reporting on the case, thinks the zombies still pose a threat to society. He ventures into one of these camps to prove to the world that rehabilitation is out the question.

Even though the cameraman didn’t say a word, you can tell he cared for the couple.
The saddest part is that the news would probably cut out the part where they’re making up at the end and only show the “terrifying meltdown”
I love how the camera man didn't run away with the reporter. 😊
This could've been really awesome as a Netflix series, in each episode they show interviews to some zombies, and also just explaining their story and seeing them returning to their happy lives, y'know?
Those zombies are a couple. Nobody can convince me otherwise.
i love how the camera man thinks totally different from the reporter, and that he thinks that they are literally humans
i want this animated into a series so badllyyyy, i’ve always wanted to see a good show where zombies are just sentient, rotting people. it makes me so happy
I love the line “Are you coming, or what? You’ve got my car keys!” implying that he wouldn’t have come back for his coworker had he had his car keys on him. It just shows how much more humanity Don and Andy have, than the actual unaffected humans.
Historians in the future will watch this and say "man, those zombies were really great friends"
I like how the camera man even has some personality even though he doesn't talk or show his face what so ever.
These zombies are the most human humans I've seen in a while
"deep breathes exercises really release the spiritual toxins"
A story about cured zombies post-outbreak is a really clever idea. I'd love to see more media explore this concept.
I love how open to interpretation there relationship is. They could be lovers, they could be friends, they could even be total strangers who found each other after the outbreak, but they love each other in a way that hurts when the other hurts.
Don and Andy show so much real compassion and empathy for eachother. It truly shows that they are truly still human. The reporter did not care that they were, he wanted a good story. Camera man on the other part seems to have a genuine interest in their story. These characters are so beautifully done, i would love to see them fleshed out more, and in a full length film.
"Any urges?"
andy is such a sweetheart, don is broken but still has a good heart and most importantly props to the cameraman decided stay and capture that beautiful moment
i like how realistic the interaction between them is
This low key sad af
I hated the reporter, they really were doing nothing wrong and have a right to be upset
