I have a question.. 2 out of 3 is going good... but sleep is a major issue.. I sleep only for 3 to 4 hours a day... this might be affecting me... Does this mean.. my workout and my result will be impacted?

Of course i was also sleep deprived and sleeping only for 5 hours which affect my performance and due to which my mood was also affected..i started sleeping for 7 hours atleast and i am doing progressive overload regularly.
