I have been working on these moves for a long time. However I do suffer from bilateral frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel so it does make it harder imo. I will keep practicing using your tips! Love it. I just can’t seem to get the hand spins down. Will keep trying! Thanks so much for a great tutorial!!

Thanks for the clear tutorial! I've been practicing the one handed helicopter for a long time, but my problem is that it keeps sinking down after each rotation. Do you have a tip to prevent this? Greetings from Germany, Bavaria Susi

This tutorial was very helpful! I am using a 30 inch polypro and do find it a little difficult. I’m guessing this move would be easier to nail the smaller and lighter the hoop?

I’ve literally been trying to turn my body the wrong way this entire time 🤦🏻♀️ it’s been like 2 almost 3 years of me trying to do this move and I finally came back to the tube after I thought I was doing it right the whole time
