The undertaker gets up like him. He got it from Michael but they call it the Undertaker
Yeah Michael Myers is the motherf#$&$%% boogeyman he's now my favorite killer fr
Kane’s gimmick was actually based of Michael Myers
May not be a fan of this movie but they did get one thing right. This is how you tie up a hero vs villain finale. Both just going at each other with everything they've got until one wins. Again not the best Halloween movie but a great way to end the Laurie vs Michael chapter.
Problem is Laurie beating a practically weak asf Michael is barely seen as a victory in our eyes Michael barely gave anything in that fight BUT if it was Laurie bearing a Halloween kills Michael oh boy that woulda been one of the coldest moment in cinema history (providing they done it right) this however was done poorly and done Michael so dirty even the alternative end scene was way better then this
@@kaosaruddin6834it looks like they’re both old and tired in this fight, and gave it their all. Each intended to kill the other. I don’t think either of them was going to leave without knowing the other was dead.
Bro, this whole scene was so silly LMFAO! And I haven't watched the movie

If only they had added this to the end of Halloween Kills and called it a day. They had so many ways they could've made a satisfying ending but decided to create an entire movie with some wacko subplot about a character we have no connection with. Weirdest decision in this franchise's history.

Yet this is the only timeline that actually got the Michael Myers character right. This timeline brought Michael Myers and Halloween back to its original roots that John Carpenter created.
1:16 Michael can crush skulls like pumpkin but struggles to smash Laurie’s neck.
He’s old. He’s been gone for 4 years while carrying old wounds
1. Michael is practically at death’s door with all of the untreated injuries he has, and the fact that he’s only killed 2 people in the past 3 years. 2. Laurie is built different.
Exactly. I laugh at the silly justifications from the previous 2 responses.
Dude didnt know the whole story of the movie, this movie took place 3 years after Halloween Kills (2021). 3 years without his wounds and injuries cured, and he only lived in a sewer. And also, Laurie isn't built just like any other people in the movie, she's much more durable than she looks.
@@proctorritter5176that “Laurie is built different “ hit cuz it’s true. She stay whoopin his ass. Only one who ever did.
I wish they made up their mind regarding Michael Myers' mortality. Sometimes he is portrayed as being indestructible like Jason Voorhees & other times mortal.
the part at 1:40 shows that Michael actually has emotion because he wants to cause pain to Laurie before trying to kill her
He doesn’t have emotions but it’s more like he can show anger by movement like he did in Kills.

I love this scene but I think H20 did a better job at making it finale for Laurie. She risked her life to save her son and herself. I believe Halloween should have ended with H20. Everything comes afterwards is just more of a timeline mess.
I think there's something quite poetic though when her family, and even the whole town steps up to help her deal with a problem she's been running from her entire life. But also the fact Strode still wasn't really a damsel. She fought this guy tooth and nail, and when she was ready to go down with him, her family stepped in to help. Protecting your son is one thing, but watching a family grow up who has little to do with you because they think you're crazy, before finally seeing and experiencing everything you have changing the game. She also fought to protect them too, even when they didn't believe her.
H20 is so overrated. It's like a Scream version of Halloween. It's not my least favorite but I'm not a fan of it. I think this entire Trilogy is better.
They nerfed Michael so much in this one. If you look at it, he had plenty of opportunities to end it quick. Stepping on her throat when he could have just did to her what he did to Surtain, slammed her into the fridge multiple times, and then finally fistpounded the sewing needle further into her.
Michael was still strong in this film. He just didnt have medical care since the event of "Kills" before he went to hiding in the sewer for 4 years.
Exactly they just wanted Laurie goofy ahh to win
Sure. But you have to understand Laurie is his play toy at this point. Michael likes to play. He didn’t want to kill her instantly after 44 years. Dude wanted to put some fingers in a garbage disposal lol.
You do know who Laurie is right? She built different
it really wouldve made more sense during the flashbacks if there was 40 years of footage of him going after her even though it was retconned, something felt missing
YESSSSSS!!!!!! You ate that up
I'm sure yall caught this already! But I love how Laurie is dressed similarly like she was in 70s Halloween, blue button up, pants all of it! 💚💚
Ok this part had me at the edge of my seat
This scene is what Ends should have been about. Laurie and Michael fighting each other. Not this forced and awkward romance between Allyson and this random character Corey.
Hope y'all enjoyed your Halloween
Man, they're both going to be getting around on walkers pretty soon and still going at it.
1:55 this scene shows that Michael still was very strong people don’t realize the strength I would require to be able to throw 160 pounds like that was just one hand across the room even in his weakened state he should’ve been able to beat her on top of that the actor James Jude, Courtney, who plays Michael is 6’3 and Jamie Lee Curtis’s is like 5’7 It doesn’t make sense that she won no matter the scenario.
She outwit Michael and gained the advantage over him. So that’s why she won
It isn't all about the size lmao. She won because she outsmarted Michael. He was kicking her ass besides that.
Also main characters mostly end the villain one way or another
2:31 PERIOD
loved the way she swung that chair with full force making her unable to recover quickly😂
5:35 So besides being stabbed multiple times, shot multiple times, being run over, being burnt, nearly exploded... She slices his wrist.... AND THAT'S HOW HE DIES!?!?!?!?!
Despite the final chapter being low reviewed. It still gave us the ending everyone wanted laurie and Michael final confrontation and of course micheals long awaited demise by laurie strode and that will be the highlight from the entire films history
I love laurie and to be able to see her on screen is amazing. It will never get old
I wonder if Michael remembered she was the girl that got away from him in the 70s
I think that's why it's kinda personal for him, cause you can see he wants to hurt her and cause pain like the garbage disposal bit. Not just immediately kill her.
@@AlphaGametaurihe wanted to use the garbage disposal to remove her fingers like how she removed his
Yes he does remember her she was the one victim he could never kill. She was destined to kill him.
@@betanova5189I think it’s both, he threw her around a lot as well instead of just going in for a kill. That seems extremely personal.
Read the novelization of all three books to get inside of Michael Meyer's head. He never understood why he couldn't kill Laurie. Why wouldn't she die, why did she always escape, and why couldn't he kill her. Why was she so hard to defeat. He knew was time the second he saw his mask again. Yet Laurie escaped again, and he hid again. Until Corey woke him up. He used Corey until he saw Corey was after Laurie. And he couldn't allow that, Laurie was his. That was his greatest mistake, and why evil left him. If you notice his breathing and the sounds he makes. He is scared of her, and knows he is going to die. It's a strange emotion for him, since evil was always there for him. And why he gives in to defeat. He knew it was over and evil was finished with him, it had chosen another. You want to know who it chose? In the epilogue it was Laurie.

@@avalond1193 Yess I'm glad we got him back in the last trilogy. I heard there's a series coming out probably this October. I can't wait to see it
I think it's actually 'fear' that Michael lives off of. Since Laurie was no longer afraid of him, all of Michael's power was suddenly gone.
Fear isn’t what gives Michael power. He was simply weakened because of his infected wounds. Fear him or not fear him, nothing will change about him. Laurie not fearing him meant nothing or changed anything about him, she simply was done running
Even without factoring in how disconnected this fight is from all the stuff with Corey throughout the movie (which was disconnected from the previous two movies), this final showdown between Laurie and Michael isn't as well down as the one between them in H20.
The showdown in H20 was not good if you deeply think about you. If you go back and watch all of Michael and Laurie’s fault, you’ll see how much Laurie had to actually fight Michael in Halloween Ends compared to the past fights
okay out of curiosity could the mask how significant on Michael Myers have immortality in other words destroy the mask and there will be no more boogeyman? what do you guys think from Sensei
The mask is just simply a Halloween mask
I’m still confused as to why David Gordon Green changes the entire script. He had the first script and then during COVID, completely switched it up. I bet you the original script would have been more of what the fans leaned towards 🤷♀️

Not a satisfying ending but an ending nonetheless. In my opinion they should have let it end with Halloween Kills.
i honestly thought it should have picked up right after Halloween Kills where laurie was leaving the hospital to look for Michael... (kinda like kills picked up after 2018) and then have corey come in you get to know this dummy and Michael immediately kills him off in the sewers... and then the shape returns to kill again as laurie is searching for him and they finally meet up and its final showdown at that part I'm talking 2 hour fight between the two and then Michael gets killed for the final ending they dump him in the meat grinder and then somehow he comes back to grab laurie and pull her down thus finishing their timeline for good....
Why would Michael and Laurie fight for 2 hours? That wouldn’t make sense
@@tayc9542 cause it would be good to see laurie with all her pain and suffering from the shape go head to toe one last time thus putting an end to her as michael would easily kill her and then allison be the one to finish michael

@@FreakingLombaxdude was 65. Barely older than Laurie, and was still whooping her the entire fight until the one distraction she pulls off brings the fight in her favor.
@@FreakingLombaxtechnically he was 65. But even then that don’t excuse anything cause of how he slaughtered the whole mob in the previous movie which would’ve only been about 4 years ago lmao
@@wes5990 It's probably cause Micheal was living in the sewers and probably just eating rats. That has to take a toll on your health. Also Micheal wasn't killing for about 4 years and killing people gives him power which is confirmed in Halloween Kills and shown in Halloween Ends as he gained strength after killing the guy in the sewers. I think he needed to kill consistently to maintain his supernatural strength and endurance.
@@tylerplayz8134You took Laurie’s quote from Kills to literal. Michael doesn’t literally get stronger when he kills. Pay attention: “The more he kills, the more he transcends into something else impossible to defeat. *Fear.* People are *afraid.* That is the true curse of Michael.” She is talking about the fear he instills over Haddonfield each time he kills. That fear made Haddonfield think Michael was unbeatable and unkillable. The more he kills, the more fear he puts over Haddonfield and that makes people think he’s impossible to defeat. Also another thing that debunks you saying Michael was weak because he hasn’t killed for 4 years is after 1978 Michael hasn’t killed for 40 years and he was still in great condition. That’s because he had proper care and treatment while after the events of Kills he didn’t have any medical treatment for his wounds and they ended up getting infected and him living in the sewers didn’t help since that caused mold/moss to grow on his wounds. His wounds didn’t heal properly and him aging 4 years didn’t help his case either. Also Doug was *the kill* to feed The Shape so he could regain his strength. Real life serial killers would talk about how they would feed off their kills. It wasn’t a situation where Michael was at 100% and was like “I FEEL MYSELF GETTING MORE POWERFUL, MORE STRENGTH THEN I ALREADY HAVE” it was more like “AHH, I missed this feeling. I can feel my strength returning.” There’s a difference between regaining your strength when you are in a weakened strength vs gaining more strength when you are already in a strong state (like Hulk).
How many of you knew, before this movie was even released, let alone shot, that this would officially be the end of Michael Myers? I mean, the title itself is pretty much a spoiler.
I thought Corey would be the killer in the entire movie while Michael kills in another part of Haddonfield far away from Laurie.
Ignored the haters. Halloween Ends is actually a good movie due to the flashback of H1 for our memories and good emotion.
Uh no
The movie was horrible dude
Member berries 😂
Laure strode is a badass
Abuelito vs abuelita 🗿🍷
I didn’t particularly mind Michael getting nerfed and killed by old Laurie, his nerf actually made sense cos of injuries from Kills and not receiving medical attention plus living in the sewers for years, and you can call it plot armor but Laurie had prep time. what I didn’t like about this film was how they wrote Corey, they made him the protege of Michael Myers, but not only did they killed him off, they did it in such a lame manner. they could just kill Michael and have Corey be the next boogeyman in a somewhat requel Halloween timeline after Ends. heck if ppl aren’t happy about Laurie’s supposed plot armor, they could also kill her off and Allyson could be the new final girl in the requel timeline too. Allyson and Corey can carry on the feud
I would have to disagree. In my opinion, Corey should have never been in this movie. Allison should have had a bigger role and this movie should have never had a 5 year time skip. The 5 year time skip made zero sense coming after Halloween Kills. You're telling me that NO COP whatsoever thought it would be the logical decision to continue tracking down Michael while he's still on the loose? Especially from the amount of damage he caused to the town that night? Plus replacing Michael Myers with someone else completely takes away the mystic and scariness of the character. Michael is not replaceable. He's not Ghostface from SCREAM. When you think of slasher villain names, the name Michael Myers is notorious and has scared people sense 1978. You think people are going to be scared of a villain named Corey Cunningham? Come on now! And my opinion, the outcome to the entire trilogy should have never have been Michael Myers dying and Laurie winning in the end. Halloween Ends should have actually ended with Michael (wielding his blooded knife) walking on an empty road, with his highest kill count (including Laurie and Allison as the final 2), as the whole town of Haddonfield behind him is engulfed in flames. That's what should have been the ending. That would have been an ending that the audience wouldn't have anticipated, because they have would expected Laurie and Allison to win. But it would have also been a terrifying ending that would have restored Michael Myers to being the most iconic character in the horror genre
@@callmestorm23You know the Ends novel answers something you said in the paragraph right? There was a manhunt for Michael Myers, Laurie even led it until she decided to go try and find him herself. After no luck, she just decided to stop. But yes, the cops, Laurie and people in the manhunt that she led were trying to look for him.
Another thing is, Laurie wasn’t prepared for Michael in Halloween Ends. JLC even said Laurie doesn’t see Michael coming in Halloween Ends, which means she didn’t expect Michael to pop up. The fight was random
