The One isnt really a home, it's a mall without stores. The builder/seller had to auction the monstrosity for $126mil, taking about 3/4 loss on the cost of construction, because NOBODY would finance them to even finish the construction.

Sorry Bub, The one , It was never really worth $500m, Spin Dr at it again. It may have cost 40m in interest repayments, he had to pay, another 20m in a redesigning, due to environment Issues. It may have cost him 200m to build at best. asking $500m,,, Tell him his dreaming.

- You're right about homes like this being the door to the gate way of hell. If you're saying what i think you saying you're correct. According to the word of God it's easy for a Camel to get thru the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter heaven. Rich people set their hearts on earthly thing's. They gain the whole world and loose their souls. We can't serve God and money nor be of the world. Having money doesn't have to be a bad thing. It depends on the heart. God said be generous. There is nothing wrong with a normal big house but when someone is living in a house this big it means the devil have gave them worldly possessions. Like God bless us the devil can too. When the devil tempted Jesus he said to Jesus that if he would worship him he would give him the world. Those thing's included power, money and material gain. Our reward is in heaven. We all know the story of Lazarus and the rich man. This house is much like the rich man back during the time of Lazarus.
