    • If you look closely whilst they’re pumping in the CO2 etc., they have packed sand around the base and the bottom row of screws are already missing, no doubt, when they have packed it high enough, they remove the top ones. They just didn’t show that part.

    • No, this is "waterglass" (жидкое стекло), sodium silicate solution: _В сочетании со спиртом и самым мелким песком используют для создания «керамических» или оболочковых форм, в которые после прокаливания до 1000 °C отливают металлические изделия_ (Википедия) But instead of "firing" it (prior to pouring molten steel) they use CO2 to harden the form, as it reacts with Na2SiO3 making the sand "pack" (form) stronger: _The ... reaction between sodium silicate and carbon dioxide results in a so-called silica gel which is capable of imparting medium strength to the sand mass_ (Scholars' Mine - Missouri S&T) and _The sodium silicate-bonded sand (SBS) is a kind of “chemically bonded sand”, which is composed of 95-98% sand and 2-5% sodium silicate, a small amount of collapsing agent also be used in some processes, mixing by sand mixer. Also note - there's no smoke or charring of the sand during pouring, and any "kley dla bumagi" would produce a lot of it.

  • This is not Forging Process, Stone Crusher Rollers are wonderfuly Cast after Skilled Sand Molding and Pouring Molten Iron / Steel and then Fettling Process these activities are not shown and the Video is not Complete, should have shown all the Complete manufacturing processes/ activities .

    • Their smelting was cast iron. Because it was fragile. Maybe it was chrome-rich cast iron. Of course, for this piece, cast iron with more than 23% chromium and heat treatment is necessary. Maybe high manganese steel or Ni Hard cast Iron would be good too.
