Stimulating master acupressure points in your ears will stimulate nerve endings that communicate with the brain and body. The will increase blood circulation, stimulate neurotransmitters, and hormones in the brain. This can help heal many chronic health conditions, as this will stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This can help insomnia, stress, anxiety, headaches, sinus congestion, tinnitus, vertigo, instant energy, and much more.

Idk about all this but having someone else rub your ears is very therapeutic. And deep tissue massages on neck really activate the sinus drainage. • I've noticed in the past month or so, I have to work harder to breathe. I don't get winded, I just find it takes more effort to open my lungs. They are clear and my O2 saturation is over 95 so that's good but it's like they've gotten "stiff" and don't want to inflate as easily. But when I did the first one, where you pulled the ears up, my lungs opened. I was suddenly able to get a deep breath with no effort.

  • This is a little different but as a baby I developed the habit of holding my mother's ear while nursing. As I aged it continued with anyone that would allow it as long as I felt comfortable around them, my husband, child, etc. I was often criticized and felt embarrassed by it but the desire has stayed with me. I am now 70 and still hold my own ear for the comfort. I have never noticed physical relief but always psychological and emotional relief.

  • I tried this before watching the video-just seeing “fold the ears and see what happens.” I had no idea what would happen but was curious. I immediately felt relaxed and I knew that was the point of the video. It is bizarre how quickly this works-it is instantaneous and very noticeable.

  • I tried it as I was watching this video, pausing after each demonstration to apply each technique for 30 seconds. Wow! I feel a big difference already in the way I feel, my level of focus and awareness and the fatigue has diminished considerably! I'm impressed! I'm adding this to my morning and bedtime routines. Thanks Doc!

    • @@smpeace2683 it doesn't stink because when I shower I use face wash to clean my ears. I've played with my ears so much especially the right one, the cartilage is soft and I can fold it and stick it inside my ear canal like a wonton😄 it's lucky you have cute ears.

    • @@mandi280 OH MY ! my ears are so small I dont even have much of an ear lobe. Ears are so funny looking aren't they? I'm just happy I have 2. You made me LOL. A wonton. Really? I use face wash to clean my ears too. I just cant put the soap in my ears. I use just a damp cloth to clean inside the ear. I get water in my ears so easily so I have to be careful. DO this. Rub behind your ear kinda hard and then smell it. So YUCKY. lol.
