Copper is just a vicious cat. I’ve watched some of the other videos of copper, hissing at his owner, trying to scratch him and bite him. Those are not the actions of a well adjusted loving cat.
A couple of slaps across the chops should take care of that!! Animals need to learn their place and who's boss!
@@MisterMikeTexas I am studying to be a vet assistant. "A few slaps across the snout" can cause nosebleeds and permanent damage to the olfactory nerve, which processes scent. Your animal is gonna get tired of being slapped and bite you one day. Dominance isn't always the answer, either. It's important to acknowledge all the environmental factors, too. Sometimes, cats lash out when they don't have enough places to hide.

Everyone in this mini comment section, disregarding Cello, should not own an animal. Jesus. The fact that neither of you are compassionate or in the slightest knowledgable about cats really shows. Animals are vicious or lash out for *obivous* reasons unless they have a neurological disorder or as you mentioned, abuse, but if you are experienced and knowledgeable enough, you can work through behavioral issues. And for the issues you cannot, you adapt to them. You accommodate your life and decisions for your animal, that is, if you actually love them. And judging by your comments, you don't give a damn about their wellbeing. You are not the kind of people flexible enough to do anything for an animal who needs you.
I bought a muzzle for my cat, the Vet could not adjust to it. I kept telling him not all cats are marshmallows. lol

maybe if you get a lot of money you can have the vet come over to the house to give him a check up and maybe he will be more calm and less angry if they do a check up at your house. but maybe you should spray the calming spray and give him treats just in case he gets angry
you should also bring some treats and put it in a bag or maybe his food bowl and make sure he is distracted by it when he is getting the check up so he will be less distracted by the vet and just the treats
I think the reason why that copper was hissing at her was because he knew that he knew that she was going to give him a shot and checkup and plus he hates them . he likes his owner the bets rather then the vet .

He has repressed anger and ton of anxiety. I would have collard him. Overall though this is why I love dogs so much more than a cat who still is not all that domesticated, they are real predators
Cats are domesticated, just not to the extent dogs are. They can still be very territorial
My cat is the sweetest thing ever, unless he is out of his comfort zone. If he smells any other cat , oh my God I just heard same things I said from this cat owner 🤣🤣🤣 dogs get crazy as well, and any kind of animals. Cats are not sweet to everybody, but that’s what make them special, most of them adore their owners only, not like dogs loving everybody.
And by the way when I go to the vet I never stay away from my cats, I always hold 2 of them my self, they feel so protected knowing I am there, I would never be standing away videoing my cat all in stresses
I don't mean to sound bossy or rude but you should bring some butter and put it in a container and bring it to the vet with you you should give him some calming pills and spray the room with pheromones before the vet comes in that way he will be more calm. you should bring a spoon to you should bring the butter out and have him lick it while he's getting the exam
'He only growls when he's here' that was a liar. You literally have uploaded videos here that prove that.
He is just a nasty cat, he pees over the table and you said "he's never done that before" he does it every time he goes to the vets. Don't know about putting a towel over him, think a concrete slab may be a better idea 😂

A cat that is mad at the vet is not even close to needing help from Jackson. Most cats hate going to the vet, some just deal with it better than others. A cat from hell would be a cat that acts like this all times of day, but seeing as we just see them at the vet i'm inclined to believe they're normal.
@@Rocky-oq9cy True the reason cats hate going to the vet is because cats live on fine set day to day schedule they don't like it when their schedule is interrupted by things such as a trip to the vet.

This poor cat GETS NO love or assurance from his daddy. Only makes fun of how mad he is. Please learn the basics of feline body language. Veterinary professionals share their lives with cats and should know by now there is a "FEAR FREE" movement. Feline friendly low stress techniques include educating people like this on carrier conditioning and food distraction also proper feline friendly restraint (physical and chemical). So we never see videos like this again. There are so so many. Breaks my heart.

Cats with that level of fear aggression may not even recognize their owners, or respond to treats. What exactly is he supposed to do? The only thing they can do is be as upbeat as possible to not increase stress, unless they give drugs before hand and that may not even work.
