1 cup of starch (120 g).
3 glasses of orange juice (600 ml).
1 cup of sugar (160 g).

  • I had no idea how Turkish delight was made. Thank you I plan on trying to make it. Turkish delight was a major treat when we lived in England. I bought some for my mom a couple years ago from a British import company. It was delicious. It looks easy to make.

  • We only get commercially made Turkish Delight flavoured with Rose Water. Usually dusted with powdered sugar, tho there is confection readily available covered in milk chocolate. I had Greek Delight on holiday once, flavoured with mint. But your orange one looks really good - viewing from Ireland
