- I think the Hulk has more raw power, but Thor could destroy him in a split second, at lightning speed, especially if he also had his new hammer, Stormbreaker. Thor has much more fighting and power skills, hidden from his father, Odin, and in addition, he is immortal, because he is a god, and no one in the MCU is a god anymore. The Hulk had already reached his maximum power and it was clear that no hammer to improve his power. And besides, Thor didn't really want to fight the Hulk because he wanted to save him from the grand master's authority. The Hulk can't even move the Mijolnir hammer, even Captain America and the Iron Man have far more fighting skills than the Hulk, and this can be seen in the war of infinity. There it is clear that only Thor was close to the same power as Thanos, who had all the stones on his glove.
