In this video, I make a high-pressure electrolyzer, install it on a Kayo pit bike and use it as a hydrogen booster. The work takes place during the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, it is necessary to work and test a new device underground. So I made it in a cave, with a box of scrap, as usual)

Nice job. One of the best i've seen so far. I'll just give you a little advice: Add a little of 2-stroke oil to the (gasoline / petrol) . As the HHO is a drier gas than the gasoline, it will cause additional wear to the valves and especially to the valve guides.

Holy crap, I've heard people talking about real life Iron Man with a couple other youtube creators, but you're the ONLY ONE I've seen make a space age reactor to power their projects in a freaking underground bunker in the middle of an apocalyptic quarantine with scraps he scrounged from cold war era scraps and some sheet metal. You're an inspiringly terrifying individual, keep it up. You're seriously an absolute madlad blowing yourself up to create this thing with something that reactive and powerful. But was there no other gasket material you could use that wouldn't corrode? I know copper is probably out of the question. Maybe a bit of lead wire hammered in to a gasket would do the trick? I don't know how it would all function under electrolysis though. Maybe if the gasket itself was thinner? I don't know, but you do great work!

I was going to ask what you were doing to meter the gas's entry, thinking that you would want to try to match it to the throttle position. Then you mentioned that you were using a two position switch, of sorts. As this is an experimental rig, I should have known that your system would not be perfected, yet. You are doing marvellously well, keep at it.
I never watch Russian videos but this is so good I even subscribed. It's not the race that's bad just the government.

If I'm not mistaken, engines are designed to have prefect timing when lighting their fuel. And any changes to the fuel like pumping in hydrogen or oxygen requires that timing to be changed for max efficiency

This is really cool!, as an engineer student i have a small concern about the net efficiency of the system, wouldn't it be more efficient putting an electric motor directly into the main drive and feeded with the stored energy in the battery? as i really dont know how efficient this system could be, also in terms weight. Short cut for HHO. Heat the intake air and inject steam in the air stream . Once the steam super heats in the combustion chamber it turns into HHO

Hello Alex. Love your videos and projects. Always looking forward to the next awesome thing you are doing. Glad though your face didn't get any marks or something from the fire. Quick question though about the Iron man reactor. Would it be possible to let out a continuous stream of hydrogen from the reactor instead of letting out hydrogen in bursts or pulses?
Yeah that would be cool
Look at his repulsor video again and see how he regulated the pressure to set a steady stream. Once the HHO is in the tank it can be used like most any other kind of gas, so 2v starts the electrolysis and the amperage determines the rate of HHO generation. Just PLEASE follow as many safety guidelines as you can; this stuff is truly powerful gas(just ask the Sun 😉)

Hi Alex. Just wanted to know how did you regard the timing when injecting the gas? Asking because the flame front speed of the gas ignition is so high compared to gasoline. You would really need to regard the timing to.near 0degree btdc. To see the full power of the gas (and to ensure that the engine doesn't detonate and rattle the piston..)

I'd like do know if the production of hho is enough to run the motor by itself withouth gasoline...have you tryied? and I'm always asking myself if it's possible to make a pipeline like in common rail motors using pure H2 under pressure.Are you capable of doing some injectors of pure hydrogen?(I think your explosion is because of taking under pressure a combustible (h2) and a comburent(o2)...NEVER DO THAT).

Suggestion between the carburetor and the bubbler or pressure tank which ever is the last stage. Place several inches aluminum wool loosely packed to not impede the hho to the carburetor. It there is a flash back the aluminum wool will fool the gas and stop the combustion by dropping the temperature this saving the job reactor.
glad you are okay after that explosion in the face. When you go start working on the car sized version, will it work on diesel or only gasoline?
