it's not the same when you're paid for this. I would never own a dog for example, because this is too much for me to take care of a dog for free (ignoring the food and vet, and damages he's doing).. However I would happily take care of dogs given a reasonable compensation. I can take care of my friends' dog for 20$ a day when they're in vacation or something

They hunt in packs because its more efficient and safer against their own predators. They can exert up to 800lbs of biting pressure which can crush elephant bone, they are very intelligent, and rarely goes up against an animal they know can hurt them. If it comes for you, it knows it can take you down. So yes this animal is VERY capable of tearing even the strongest man on earth apart. Many poachers (armed men) have met their end to the jaws of a hyena.

@@eleSDSU Canid behavior is more common among hyenas than felinid behavior, also yes sorry not mustelids, as I meep forgetting that mongooses and their cousins are part of the Viverridae infraorder, which the Hyaenidae family also belongs to. But if you want to argue that Hyena’s act less like canids than they do felinids, we could have a long argument over that but I won’t cause hey, not gonna argue on it, cause I know your gonna say cause they are part of Feliformia their behavior is more felinid, even though that means literally jack all when one is doing a comparison of behaviors.

1) We don't know that this animal is a pet. This animal could be (and is more likely) from a zoo or wildlife preserve. Also they're classed as exotic animals in most countries so it's likely illegal to own them as pets. 2) You honestly think that pets never bite their owners, yet you call me an idiot? I deal with this when it’s dinner time for our dogs. Our Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix acts like this like he needs the food more than the others
it's not the same when you're paid for this. I would never own a dog for example, because this is too much for me to take care of a dog for free (ignoring the food and vet, and damages he's doing).. However I would happily take care of dogs given a reasonable compensation. I can take care of my friends' dog for 20$ a day when they're in vacation or something

Also they're classed as exotic animals in most countries so it's likely illegal to own them as pets. 2) You honestly think that pets never bite their owners, yet you call me an idiot?
