Recently I am having panic attacks and anxiety . I feel lost sometimes. Maybe my reason is too insignificant for having panic attacks. And in my country having depression is just a drama or attention seeking and not a major problem. I dont know what to do. But always rains calm me down. I started listenting to these...and it does help.
