  • I know he lost to him before but when Rampage came over from Pride and beat Chuck for the the UFC belt it crushed my world. I was such a big Liddell fan and that was the beginning of the end for the ice man. Rampage when properly trained and motivated was a killer. Very tough guy

    • Those were the days. I never get hyped for cards anymore. I probably only watch one every 2 months these days, if that. I remember a group of friends and I would never miss a card, always got together to watch. I am the only one that even watches it anymore out of that group of probably 12 people or so. I am glad I got to see a live Pride event before they went under at least. That was my favorite org. by far.

  • Rampage is right about them kicking harder in Japan (pride & k1) because they encouraged use of lido/novacaine and guys would shoot it in the legs and be able to go out and fire kicks at full clip without feeling anything. Gary Goodridge talks about it in an interview.

    • He's always been this way, he plays a character. A character who's usually playful himself, check out him messing with Ariel Helwani, people thought he was serious but they're good friends. He's a super nice guy, but like everyone, he has a limit and when that limit/line is crossed, rampage comes out.

  • He had a spot in Irvine Orange County my pop used to do carpet cleaning for him. We mainly dealt with his cousin they are good dudes. They also bred Cane Corso‘s and bull mastiffs.   • Rampage single handledly ushered in the next era after he KO’d Chuck Liddell when he was *king* and everyone thought nobody could beat him in the UFC. Rampage was the last stop on the Chuck Liddell revenge tour too (he previously was coming off of avenging loses against Randy Couture and Jeremy Van Horn I think). People forget but Rampage is a *significant* figure in UFC history and not just because he was champion l.

    • Joe was literally giving every Rampage opponent the gamelan to beat him. That should never be allowed as a color commentator. No different than what Joe did to Jan Błachowicz a few months ago after a close fight that was most likely a draw. Joe literally told him to his face that he lost the fight and he should do the right thing(By admitting it) 20 seconds after the fight was over. Lol the fucking audacity. Dana white should have immediately publicly reprimanded Joe after that, maby a short suspension. But nothing happend. Joe has been a problem for a while.

  • Joe's not wrong. Rampage doesn't check or throw kicks. He gets upset when wrestlers hold him down for entire rounds. If he wanted to just box, he should have entered boxing which would have suited him better because he had incredible knockout power.

  • The commentary part was so real, i remember in the second Colby vs Usman match, the commentary tried to make Usman look a lot better than he was in that fight, even tho Colby won 2 rounds(In my opinion 3) they were making it look like Usman was dominating the fight.

  • My favorite fighter of all time... Tito was my first favourite when I was a highschool kid.... dyed my hair blond, and started lifting because I wanted to be dominant the way he was 🤣.... Even had a few fights (I didn't start) where I clenched threw knees took down went to mount and pounded, with 0 training 🤣🤣🤣 I had taken tae kwon do a couple years before, but never felt comfortable with the thought of throwing a high kick in a fight and getting taken down.

    • That's just because he sees testosterone as more natural. Since it's Something our body naturally produces. He views "steroids" as something we don't produce naturally (Tren for example). I'm not sure if he is just feigning ignorance or really doesn't understand it. Alot of what he says during this video heavily implies that, in my opinion.
