What worked for my 51 year old diabetic mother is. 1) Removed processed grain like white rice, Wheat flour, potatoes and sugar completely from diet. Instead go for millets and barley.( Low GI food) 2) 90 minutes of walking + cycling everyday. 3) Not eating anything before 11 AM and after 8 PM.( Intermittent fasting) 4) Include chia seeds, walnuts and flax seeds in daily diet.(Omega-3) 5) Eat 1 small bowl of thoroughly cleaned salad then eat food. Got rid of all insulin, statins, metformin and blood thinners in 3 months. HbA1C down to 5.8 from 10.7. No body pain or neuropathic issues anymore.

Awesome Ajay! I am having a tough time trying to convince my mom on switching to better food choices and exercise. The conditioning from decades is just too much to break out from. How did you manage to get your mom to co-operate? Any suggestions?
Intermittent fasting is great for diabetes if they can get into it and exercise ofcourse.

@Ajay Tiwari - Great work. Very tough to convince my mom. Able to acheive no sugar in coffee only. Nothing else. But I guess she is 20 years older than ur mom. So its difficult.

Diet should biodiversity. Quality and quantity in diet.. Nuts and seeds... Sunflower seeds and flax seeds. Ghee.coconut oil. Colors - fruit and vegetables Protein.- eggs, dairy, lentils Fibers -Amarnath, jowar, bajara. Wheat does not suite makes me morwe Hungry. Hydration. - 4 l water Sugar - not recommended for sedentary lifestyle

I experienced COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was ok but I started to notice a loss of more hair than normal. Following some research, I've come to realize it’s from the strain my body had during that time period and also the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing yoga and meditation everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now i dont face any hair fall. Thanks for this video! Luke is very practical. I have seen dieticiens randomly ask everyone to eat Potatoes, some fruits with their skin. This is ridiculous advice given the amont of pesticides used be nowadays. Unless we know its sourced 100% in organic way, its unsafe to consume peels.

I hear we need carbs too but when i eat even a meal of carb my weight changes over the night and i a worried to loose my gain in long run if i will keep carbs
Eat complex carbs whenever you are not able to get enough protein and other micronutrients. Simple carbs such as wheat are not bad in moderate amounts. Try to consume lot of fruits/veggies to keep you full.

I don’t understand why we need these kind of expensive dietician all the time, our grandmothers time, everything was simple. Why on earth now we need consult them, our body has its own intelligence, just 3 things which are simple and non expensive do : Fast( every week) Eat 2 meals without snacking Walk walk walk walk walk, 7 - 8 kms per day
most people can't do 2 meals maybe 3 is a good sweet spot and don't forget strength training 1-2 hr a day
