  • The bigger picture for me is that Ms. Brooks actually knows how to teach. Finding a way for students to engage in learn by being active and having fun is by far better than a white board. I wish schools can adjust to student learning capability. Since I struggle by watching and listen. I’m a hands on learner and I learn more getting involved. Overall, if my professor was Ms. Brooks, I’ll definitely pass her class with her teaching style.

It is a real genetic condition that is out of people's control so teasing or bullying someone simply because they were randomly born with dwarfism is unacceptable. I am myself a thriving teacher, who is struggling same as her to be unique and creative with my teaching but I am unable to do it, it’s like I am being paralyzed with my skills. • Mathematics is unfortunately a difficult subject for many. I've always found maths difficult through school, sometimes people carnt learn from books which is just how I see it and could be wrong, and some teachers may not have the time to tailor their way of education to all their students which I can understand, but some people need extra help with their education and sometimes that takes both the effort of the student and the teacher.

    • Agreed. Many of this kids in my class, including me, have a hard time focusing looking at a chalkboard to learn. Although my teacher is cool and has some games we can play, but not often. I respond more clearly to an explanation or seeing an example in every class but math. However, I have a hard time focusing when my teacher is just droning on and on! I respond better to fun learning! My teacher doesn’t understand that if I look at the ground while she’s picking who to read means I don’t want to! From what I understand, my friends feel like this too. Bangladeshi ARMY, I agree with that to. My 3rd grade teachers favorite made her not care about kids bullying.

    • You are right teaching should be fun and all the teachers can do that too but what about student's parents ? Will they agree in this idea? None of the parent will gonna believe the teachers because all the parents are narrow minded...they just think that filling the page completely is learning...i also teach students i also tried a lot of ideas but their parents do not believe me and complain all the time...so before saying anything just think it yourself...will all students and parents gonna believe you if you start teaching like that?

    • @@ayeshaparveen7663 If it’s proven that the new learning method works well, parents will start to have faith in it. If it were to be proven to MY parents, they would definitely go with it as well. Just like in the video, when they got the results back, they started to believe in Ms. Brooks teaching more than ever. If we really did try this and prove to parents, boas members, and other doubtful people that it works, they’ll see that it works.

I just know them well enough though. If proven, they’ll believe in it. And the students at my school would definitely prefer this type of learning over the usual. They need it too 😂

  • This is litterly the only way I can learn. When I was in 6th grade we were working on fractions and percentages, and my math teacher took us to the gym and we had to shoot free throws and find out the percentage and fraction of how many shots we made. It made it so much easier to learn because I could actually use it and see how it works in real life instead of just being explained on the board. So to all the teachers, coming from a student it is much easier to learn with physical activities or games in my opinion.

He did like a little dance to show how molecules travel and everyone was actually paying attention instead of on their phones. So teachers, find ways to be fun, instead of being boring with work all the time

It's not a unqiue way of teaching, its the proper way of teaching!! please express that more!!
