Rest in Peace, 007. Thanks for your great works.
Yep. Just saw it. Truly iconic man & figure.
Just saw the news article, i'm heartbroken.
Such a sad day. My dog, Henry is namd after his character in Indiana Jones and the last crusade. When we got our first dog my wife named him Indinana Jones cause "we named the dog Indiana." So we got our 2nd dog, we kept with the theme and kept it in the family. Who am I to argue with that logic?
thank you for all of your videos of History of the old west
Fair wind and following seas, Captain Ramius.
I saw the same ghost twice. I thought I was experiencing deja-boo.
That's the spirit!
Happy Halloween.....🎃🤡👿👻👹😱
I never saw or heard anything weird while I was there...
When I saw this I was shocked I’m in tombstone right now thank you Santee for keeping the old west alive
You're welcome!
I have always said that a child's laughter is a beautiful thing, unless it's 3 in the morning and you don't have any children. Loved the video as always Santee.
Absolutely!! Much appreciated.
Got to wonder how Bill feels about all those ghosts honein' in on his job of spooking Santee. ;)
He was steaking whiskey....and he showed up at the end and told them all to leave. "This is my mortal!"
Hey I knew about that man who extracted silver from the mines in the basement but the rest I didn’t know about... great vid
I took the tour of the mine and they showed us the shaft that went to his room. It was cool
Sounds epic
Good morning Santee!! How about a video on the early volunteer fire service in the Old West? Being a retired Firefighter/EMS First Responder with 26yrs service, it would be interesting.
Will do! Thank you for being a first responder.
@@ArizonaGhostriders YW, and thank you for the great videos.
0:40 Imagine just eating donut and then some ghost just shoot it off your hand for no reason
I don't have to imagine...he does that stuff all the time. I lost out on a terrific burger last week.
@@ArizonaGhostriders Could be a Message From Beyond, watch your diet?
Nice special effects with the spirits, Santee. Those were really good looking, especially at the end. In other news, Fox News just had a story break, Sean Connery has died at age 90. R.I.P. James Bond & Shalako!
OH NO! This is the first I've heard. 007.....sad day.
Heard about a time when a committee was meeting at the visitors center at Gettysburg, and when they took a lunch break they spotted a formation of a couple hundred men in blue performing maneuvers nearby. When they talked to one of the park rangers to express their appreciation, they were told that there was no demonstration scheduled for that day. SpoooOOOOOOOoooooookkkyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
Absolutely!
Didn’t expect to see a Buster Keaton clip here, also Happy Halloween Santee!
Thank you!
Both times I was in the Bird Cage I had a weird creepy feeling that I wasn't alone or I was being watched, but saw nothing.
Yeah, I've felt that in shops and homes before.
The Hitchhiking Ghosts !!! Just love the Haunted Mansion, and just hate that it is still closed. Which reminds me that my favorite haunted place in Cal--the Queen Mary--is also closed !!! WOW, am I off topic ha ha ha... thanks for a fun vid Cheese... it brought me partially out of my "I hate California" fog... I'm counting on a giant snort of bourbon to get me the rest of the way :-)
yeeehaw! Have a good one
Whe I was ststioned on a navy ship in Long Beach I had a friend who had worked as a tour guide on Queen Mary . She had some spooky stories to tell about it .
I thought I had to give Bill whiskey to make him go away. 😎 Thanks for the video to start Saturday.
Yeah....he has a sweet tooth, too.
The t rex makes me laugh every time! Love the hat and nose!
Thank you!
Particularly good aberration effects - real Disney Haunted Mansion stuff! Impressive 😀. "Well.... I didn't know ya had it in ya." to coin a phrase. Like you, I've never experienced the paranormal, but then I ain't never seen a tornado either. I suppose I could make up for both with a ghostnado if I ever get that lucky.
Well, I have had a few unexplained moments. Just not in Tombstone. I have also not seen a tornado!
@@ArizonaGhostriders well.... except for "Twister", where we find the ghost of Morgan Earp driving a red Dodge dualie. Lol
There must be more spirits than a liquor store, but sad for those stuck in limbo all those years. Good vid Santee 🤠👍
Thank you!
Nicely done, Santee. Really enjoyed this one. If Bill shows up, I'll give him some whiskey too. Though if he wants ghostly Working Girls, I'm not giving him any help with finding those.
HAHA! Thanks much.
@@ArizonaGhostriders *~_o*
I watched your "old west" whiskey and was surprised that the eastern breweries got that much exposure. I remember in the John Wayne movie "The Fighting Kentuckian" his buddy creating a scene at the bar because they didn't carry bourbon, the style whiskey from his home state of Kentucky. And there was one episode of the old Daniel Boone TV show where some love struck young'un needed to amass a fortune (from nothing) to marry his sweetheart. He stayed up all night distilling a new whiskey brew using "Indian corn". The next day everyone who sampled it thought it was the best they'd had. A company bought his recipe (making him rich do he could marry) and Boone asked him what he would call it and the proprietor said he didn't know but would think of something when he got home in "Bourbon County, Kentucky"! It is always cool when detail such as these appear in TV shows and movies.
Great video Santee, thanks for keeping the history alive.
You bet
Great stuff, the kids all tell "Bill" hi! Happy belated Halloween.
Thanks, you too! Bill is sleeping off his sugar high.
Santee you forgot about the courthouse gallows. Great video as always.
They have a ghost there?
@@ArizonaGhostriders yes sir as far as I learned while I was in town for the week.
Another interesting video, Santee! Appreciate you putting the time in that you do... Happy Halloween! 💀
My pleasure!
This was a great one that camera thing gave me the creeps old santee is really nailing it with the content he outta be the pride of Tucson, and how do you get bill from stealing your whiskey whenever I mention him he comes and takes my dads who blames me lol
He does stuff like that. Thank you!
it's been a lot of years since I visited Tombstone, AZ. I need to revisit.
You do.
I'm absolutely in love with Tombstone. When I retire, I'm moving there.
Cool!
Always put on a great show guys, enjoyed watching this.
You're welcome! Happy Halloween
Good episode Santee. I definitely had a paranormal experience. I spent the night in the infamous Villisca Axe Murder House in Villisca Iowa. I heard a demonic growl, a couple footsteps, an overwhelming sense of darkness. Couldn't sleep alone for three nights afterwards and I got a bruise somehow on my leg that wasn't there the night before.
Sheesh! Scary
@@ArizonaGhostriders yeah I vowed to myself that I would never go back but I've been thinking about it more and more lately. I might go back one day.
I REALLY want to get out there one of these days! Great video Santee!
You should! Thank you!
I went to tombstone for the first time this year in July. I fell in love with the town.
It certainly has a feel.
Good one Santee, enjoyed the old pics of Tombstone, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
I can absolutely assure you that there are ghosts in Tombstone. It's just a matter of being in the right place at the right time.
Yep!
I loved this episode! Thanks so much Santee. Happy Halloween.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks again Santee & Co. Great video , as always . I've never been to Tombstone AZ , but I've visited Old Town San Diego when I was in the navy in Cali . There are a cuople of 19th Century buildings in Old Sand Dog that are supposed to be haunted .I didn't have any supernatural there , but it's a cool place . PS . Speaking of Old West towns and seaports , are you considering covering boats and watercraft in the Old West ? The old steam powered paddlewheeler river boats come to mind , but canoes , rafts , and ferryboats must have been used too . Have you ever considered rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon ? That would be on my Bucket List .
Yes, I will do boats at some point. Thanks!
I've been to Tombstone and Tucson a few times and they are great - particularly when they're reenacting a gunfight. These always make the trip more appealing - especially to the kids. When I was 7 our parents took us to Maggie Valley, NC which houses "the ghostown in the sky". We took a 10 minute train visit from parking lot to the town and, yes, our train got robbed by a couple of folks dressed like train robbers before a "star wearing" lawman jumped on board and "killed the 2 robbers in a shootout". After getting to town, we browsed a few shops and suddenly a bank robbery broke out with a shootout amongst the 5-6 characters on either side with the man wearing the "tin star" eventually coming out on top. Neither of the action skits were preannounced so to have a gunfight breakout suddenly was really fun for me - scared my 5 year old sister a little. Sad to hear that Covid has shut down the interactive parts of what you're doing.
Yeah, that's how I remember Sixgun Territory in Florida. Nowadays, impromptu gunfights are dangerous because of crowd control.
@@ArizonaGhostriders I almost mentioned that but you're right. Arizona, I believe, has Constitutional carry and reciprocates with my home state of Georgia. I rarely fly anymore (flew 90K miles/year for work for 15 years) but drive trips out west carrying quite a few shooting irons and ammo (typically for a "greet and shoot" event). I never leave home unarmed so I have to plan my route off a "state gun law map" and am willing to go two days out of the way to get to where I'm traveling - 3 days if it keeps me out of Illinois and California! I can just imagine how many citizens might pull their carry gun if sudden spontaneous gun fighting were to suddenly break out!
As always, very well done Mr. Santee. Happy Halloween to you and yours. See you on down the trail.
Thanks, you too!
Happy Halloween Santee

As the moon climbs high over the dead oak tree, Spooks arrive for the midnight spree

Hey Santee! You once mentioned that you wanted to check out a museum so you can get more stuff on Pottery. Well why not Genesee country museum and village? They have an authentic 1800’s pottery shop where guests can watch a potter throw ceramics on an old fashioned kick powered pottery wheel, all while the potter explains the history of pottery. They also have a functional wood fired kiln, and guests can buy the finished products from the gift shop. The only problem is that they are located in New York State... a bit of a hike from Arizona. Maybe they can record something for you? Also, sorry if I said this twice... and sorry if I’m annoying you with this request. Just a topic I’m really passionate about. I won’t annoy you with pottery requests anymore.
Thank you. We have a museum here with local pottery that has been dug from archaelogical sites, and I really want to get some of that for footage since it is specifically tied to the West and the cultures that settled it. Until COVID is over, the museums are closed here.
I work at Boot Hill museum in dodge city Kansas, the museum sits on the actual cemetery hill and lemme tell ya, some spooky stuff gets going on when the museum gets slow
Oh I bet!! Cool that you work there.
Reminds me of The Black Country Living Museum. Because almost all of the buildings have been taken down on their original site, and brought, lock, stock and ghost, to the museum, and rebuilt, as a recorded build. which, itself is built on top of haunted mine workings , and part of the Curly Canal runs past, close enough for trips through the canal tunnels. Buildings said to be haunted include, old factories, a local pub, my old school, and several shops. Not a place to be after dark. And not just because if you go the wrong way, you can fall in the 'cut. (The local term for channel, derived from "Navigational Cutting".
Thanks for the info
Another spooky video!

Hello Santee! While I do not believe in ghosts, I do believe there are places on earth where terrible violence and other atrocities have happened which attract supernatural forces of energy. The strange apparitions and orbs which people have caught on camera in places like Gettysburg Battlefield are one example. Another is a place like Auschwitz concentration camp. I remember reading a story back in the 1980's when producer Dan Curtis created the epic WWII miniseries "War and Remembrance", the sequel to his earlier production, "The Winds of War". Some of the filming for this sequel was actually shot on location at Auschwitz. It seems members of both the cast and crew on this production came to Curtis with complaints of feeling a "tangible presence of evil" within the former concentration camp. It was making it hard for them to concentrate on making the movie. They decided that every morning before they started another day of filming everyone would gather together and pray to God for His guidance and protection while in that place. Even the not so religious-minded members of the cast and crew joined into these daily prayer sessions and nothing bad ever happened to anyone while they were there. There is so much about the supernatural that we humans cannot fully understand. I would much rather leave it up to God when it comes to these things! Anyway, thanks for another great video! Take care & God bless!
Thanks for the info and support!
