    • Don't overthink it, my man. This doesn't prove a shot chin. Consider the placement of the shot as well as, Chandler's imbalance.. He got corrected by that punch! That was point blank on the chin. It effectively rattles the brain for a time. NOBODY survives an impact to the side of the chin... especially followed by other shots? Nobody, not even Tony Ferguson, lol

    • If you go back and watch Olivera gets a perfect left hook and follows up with deadly accurate follow up shots including an elbow, a knee, multiple right and left hands that landed clean. Very few people could survive that vicious combo and you shouldn't fault Chandler for losing. Chandler extended way too much energy on top of giving up ground to Olivera which ultimately led to his downfall but he still had a hell of a 1st round and he should be on any serious fight fans radar.

  • This fight was insane man. Chandler showed he was the most powerful puncher in the division, 2 clean shots and both of them hurt Charles, but Chandler made too many mistakes imo, the guillatine, the back slam, entering into Charles' guard when he was hurt etc. This could have easily been Chandler's night. But Charles striking improved significantly man, that left hook was Canelo-esque. His punching form was perfect. Used his hips, twerked the rear leg, right hand still blocking, right on the chin. Beautiful strike.
