How To Dribble Like Messi (Ultimate Dribbling Skill Tutorial + Free PDF)
How to dribble like Messi is one of the most important questions asked about his style of playing. Messi’s dribbling technique is one of the reasons he is able to help his teams to win Football games and titles and why he is the best player in the world.
In this dribbling skill tutorial we show you exactly how to dribble like Messi in 3 steps.
In step 1 do this by analyzing and revealing Messi’s close ball control techniques like dribbling with the outside of his foot with extreme small steps and multiple touches, keep a low center of gravity, use both feet, stay light on your feet, keep your head up, use all parts of your feet and his speed of play.
In step 2 we take a closer look at the skills Messi uses a lot to beat defenders. We show all technical details about the following skills: Stop & Go, Zig Zag dribble, La Croqueta, Shoulder Drop, Shoulder Drop Chop and Cut & Turn.
Step 3 is all about how Messi creates space on other parts of the pitch with his fabulous dribbles. We explain how Messi dribbles have the purpose to lure opponents out of their defensive shape, so that his teammates get more space to exploit and create opportunities to score goals.

You can break it down as much as you want but 90%of his genius can only come from within
This is a natural thing, Messi's mind and body is in sync perfectly with tributes like correct decision making, body strength, vision, anticipation, instinct pace and speed. If this could be taught then, we would see 1000s of Messies just by watch this video.
Romans 8:38-39 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below-indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. 💗
@@andrearico-mb5lr you can't teach messi skills it natural you have it or not
It partly depends on body shape. His style fits his shape. He is short and low to ground. Ronaldo is tall and therefore has a different style. A lot of step overs and also great with his head since he can jump high.
agreed
It's a skill so it can be taught. The matter is how long it takes you to learn.

TYSM!❤
I am watching a lot of videos about how to improve soccer skills bcs I happend to be as a soccer coach but never played soccer before (did another sportart). I left that post bcs I felt incompetent. Since then I try to educate myself so every morning while having my breakfast I am looking at similar video like this. I usually don't comment on them but this one I found really helpful. I mean a appreciate all the videos I've seen so far bcs it helped me to understand things I see in this one but I particularly love this direct link between the game (skills) of Messi and daily practice one can use. My time watching this passed really quickly and it's the sign that the content is really interesting :). Keep on going :)

I think it is actually kinda easy to dribble like messi. In my last soccer match I dribbled past 5 defenders and scored a goal. A few shoulder drops and some basic ball control drills did the work for me.
Thank you man
amazing video!!! Can you please make a video with ideal exercises for our legs, that would help us play like messi!! 💙💙💙
I know it’s not a video but at the end it talks about the available pdf.
Thankx for this
And by the way , thanks for the content. it helped me.
Very good video. Only one small mistake... Messi keeps his head down more than up. It's a big thing in sports such as soccer (futbol) and ice hockey. In order to have speed and quickness, you Must keep your head down, but you have to put it up often too. If you look closely, Messi uses a pause when looks up. He immediately puts his head back down, commits his recently acquired positional knowledge to short term memory and utilizes his peripheral vision to track the players on the field.
Thank u!!

Bro Thank you😊
You're welcome! 🙏
The one question posed here is 'How' he does it, but another, and pretty much equally important question is, I think: 'What ENABLES him' to dribble like this? A big chunk of it, I've started to notice, is his stretching routines. The man stretches for one to one and a half hour every day, more or less. His movements are so explosive and jarring you couldn't possibly hope to sustain this kind of physical prowess very long without some serious stretching to go along with it. Perhaps it's just the placebo effect, but for about a year now I've been stretching pretty thoroughly after every training session, be it in the gym or after training/playing, and I try to get properly warm and stretch the essentials for about half the time I normally use after training for BEFORE I start practice/a game. The results are undeniable for me. You start to feel so much more comfortable doing these kinds of turns and jolts, because you can feel the muscles you're engaging or are about to engage have already been sufficiently engaged and loosened earlier, making you much less stiff and liable to screw it up. Still, try as you might.. there's only so far you can get when comparing yourself to Messi, lol... He plays the game at 50% speed.. you just can't beat that.
Practice will make you better but instinct is something else
ty
My favourite skill is la croqueta and I have a lot of similarities with Messi and same sort of dribbling style.

Well the point is to have a strong core, work on you awareness and your balance with the ball
Agree! training different football skills (solo and in group) is a means to reach the goals you mention above.
Please make a video on how and when to keep your head up while dribbling in football?
Its a simultaneous process focus more on defenders body and know where is the ball ,and your team mates .

Context: Don't play against Messi
I don't know if messi does this in his style, but one thing i think is helpful is look at the defender's legs because there's always that tiny gap they give away for you to explode into
