Jones wasn’t a red card, jota should have never got the first yellow, offside goal should have been given. Liverpool were fully robbed whereas here, spurs got 3-4 decisions given for them before refs couldn’t help them out anymore and gave the correct decisions 😂. And yet they’re trying to say it’s similar, it’s not at all. There was no injustice in this game.

Romero red is 100% correct. He went in with force and could have break the players leg. Doesn’t matter if he got the ball first. His tackle is even worse than Curtis Jones. Jones also got the ball first, then slipped stepping on the ball and got the player.

@@granth1238I agree Romero probably should’ve been sent off for the earlier kick out. But, I think there’s a difference with his carded offense. One he’s clearing the ball, I would agree if he wasn’t clearing the ball and just making the challenge but he’s trying to clear it out of play and Enzo runs as close as he can to try to prevent that and Romero makes contact with his shin. I also take issue with how that game was refereed, during the first 20 minutes Chelsea were doing nothing but fouling spurs players constantly with Enzo making 3-4 fouls in 2-3 minutes but they weren’t punished. It seemed as a whole the ref was fine allowing Chelsea to play as physical and aggressive as they wanted but didn’t allow the same for spurs. Especially when incidents like James looking back to elbow Udogie in the face, Colewill trying to delay play then shoving and getting in Sarrs face and Sterling constantly diving we’re not punished the same. Overall though spurs put themselves in the situation it’s just frustrating that it was not called the same.
After Ange's comments, I'm looking forward to never having to listen to another Spurs member of staff, player, or fan complain about a refereeing decision.

I don't understant how that kid can't accept that studs contacting high up the shin is a reckless challenge, even if the player got the ball first. If Romero broke Enzo's leg in two like Shawcross on Ramsey, would he still think, "Oh well, it's part of the game. He got the ball first, it doesn't matter. Well done for a great clearance"? Incredible. Also on the Romero kick out; Vieira famously lashed out from the ground at Van Nistlerooy, did not even make contact and still got a red. That kind of behaviour, like the studs up challenges when contact is made have always been a red card, so it's baffling how he can't wrap his head around that. Maybe the rules of the game should be easier to access so people can start thinking rationally after reading them.

The more times it didn’t work the more uncomfortable they get - this is unfamiliar zone for them I guess. It is a complement to spurs. They shown fearlessness but could have played smarter imo.
