BIGGEST Humiliation in Grand Slam History kzhead.info/sun/i5mclZdwr5WMm4E/bejne.html ALL 13 points Karolina Pliskova won in 2021 Rome Final kzhead.info/sun/fMp_p8iun4qgn2g/bejne.html
That Cibulková match is funny in the way she’s not even being destroyed, all Radwanska is doing is putting the ball inside of the court, then she’s destroying herself
I’m sorry but the biggest humiliation in WTA history is Graf beating Zvereva 6-0 6-0 at the 1988 French Open Final. It lasted 32 minutes of playing time (34 minutes to include a rain delay).
Yes!! I was just about to comment with that too. It was brutal. 1988 was Graf at her best.
Yes I agree
Yes, Cibulkova beat herself for the most part here. Graf never gave Zvereva a glimpse of a look in.
there was no comparison to how good graf was in 88. No one has ever dominated the game to the degree she did that year.
Yeah tbf it was Graf, not just Graf, 88 Graf .... closest thing we got to shere dominant for a season was Feds 2006 season he was 92-2
Lol, Pliskova's moving ability on that match was really like...invisible 💀
The fact that the on court interviewer straight up asked Pliskova what happened makes it even more humiliating.
To be bageled in final is a humiliation double bageled is beyond.
Well, at least she didnt give up 💀
@@chitrung3518 define "give up" if you got a bagel and then another you gave up at some point already you're just finishing the match.
Those are donuts!
Dominika has some of the worst sportsmanship of any player on tour. I'm perfectly fine with her humiliation here
Probably the worst? Trying to claim a point from hsieh when it wasn’t hers to begin with
I agree. I had a huge crush on her though.....part of it cuz she was a bad girl. Equivalent to a bad boy ❤❤❤
It's pretty bad in the final when you have to speak. I can't help but be happy Cilbulkova got destroyed because I started really disliking her at the end of her career.
She destroyed herself by making UE on every single point. Agnieszka was just pushing those balls on the other się, there was no her input.
Me too. Cibulkova is an entitled cheater after what she said at the Wimbledon post match interview with Hsieh.
That incident at Wimbledon with Hsieh and all the frantic pumping herself up. Annoying.
@@brucee6123 what happened there in Wimbledon?
@@Michael_0010 she basically avoided the question and insinuated she had unfair calls against her before so she doesn’t care what is right or wrong, if the umpire has made the call it’s her point no matter what the truth is. Basically cheating. Later hsieh called the supervisor and the point was over ruled. Hsieh put the ball back in play but the umpire forgot if she did or not and assumed the point was cibulkovas.
For me the biggest humiliation was final Wimbledon between Kvitova and Bouchard. A day before final Bouchard felt as winner and final was only formal thing for her.
Amazing how Pliskova bounced back from such a humiliation
This shows that she is mentally very strong.
@@einarsd4 Sure lol
The biggest humiliation in womens tennis is easily Sara Errani losing a golden set at Wimbledon. Her opponent Yaroslava Shvedova won all 24 points. An incredibly rare event
Legend says Swiatek walks in with headphones to avoid hearing her surname pronounced like Swan-tech
Hahaha... i pronounced it as "Swatik".... confused also how to say her last name... my comfort is to use the first name
@@grade12purity41 I mean definitely Iga is much simpler and it appeals to me a lot as a non-Polish speaking person, but I am surprised by the number of people mispronouncing her surname. I also have a hard surname which is mispronounced often in my country, but that contains 12 letters, not 7 like Świątek :)
That's incredible to crush someone 6-0 6-0 and to have only 7 winners ! Cibulkova really beat herself it must have been so frustrating ! Nonetheless Radwanska was really a wall, no heavy hit could go past her.
The guy at the end who said it TWICE!! Lolol. LMAO You're videos are great!!
Merida, Mexico 2023 Camilla Giorgi - Sloan Stephens - 6 : 0 / 6 : 0
Halep-Sevastova: 6-0 6-0 (Bucharest Open)
Poland destroying Czechoslovakia 😂
Cibulkova is not Czech.
@@rajbhandari3578 that's why he said Czechoslovakia not Czechia...
LOL,RIGHT YEAH😂😅
🤣
Polish Girl in Fire. xd
But then Cibulkova won 4 times in a row against Radwanska in 2016 (or 17?) their matches were sooo exciting
3 times in a row*
Must be Zvereva against Graf in 1988 French Open Final: It’s a Grand Slam final but she lost double bagel in 34 minutes!!
Wow, don't know that, lol.
Give Cibulkova credit for hitting over twice as many winners.
These remind me of Hao-Ching Chan and Monica Niculescu in Wimbledon Final 2017.
How could you forget Lindsay Davenport vs. Maria Sharapova
36 unforced errors, that is painful.
Cibulkova was so short that her shoulder height shots would land in the net a lot of the time causing her to have to over hit shots. Radwanska didn’t have to do much here.
Kinda funny that Tomasz Wiktorowski is a former and current coach of main stars here, Aga and Iga ( 11:32 He just couldn't stop laughing 😂 ) Albeit all power to Sierzputowski for leading Iga to victory in Rome. She was absolutely unplayable in this final. IMO Karolina took it on the chin like a boss. Or robot.
Getting double bageled in an Australian swing Final must be so aggravating cause there really is nowhere else to be so all the tennis girls are in the country and they will have seen that and they will be right there to judge, calling you a walking Bye
Both matches were horrible to watch:D but I appreciate the fact the players stayed calm
I don't think it's humiliating. We all have a sh*t day sometimes, it happens.
True, tennis players are humans too, they have bad days sometimes and that's fine.
@@suulaur Me playing, I'd start feeling sorry for my opponent then next thing I know I'm losing. How do you block out feeling sorry?
Yah, but does it need to happen during the final of a championship match?
I remember the Pliskova/Swiatek match very well. It was awful to watch. The worst match I have ever seen Karolina play. She did well to bounce back so well at Wimbledon later in the year.
The term "humiliation is not very kind. Pliskova surely felt it as such, but we should be more compassionate. Swiatek will surely root many opponents in similar fashion, just like she did In the Middle East in 2023.
Typical polish bakery
Martina Hingis bageling Monica Seles in 2000 was a brutal one to watch too. 39 minutes.
I like that Cibulkova closed the match with a double fault, just to drive the point of what really happened there.
I dont see a humiliation, unless you count one as beating yourself into a defeat.
Serious question guys: how can I put Iga's JAZDA as notification sound?
I echo the sentiment of everyone on here when I say that I could care less if "no neck Cibulkova" got humiliated. She had terrible sportsmanship and was super entitled for a player without a GS. Take the croc tears elsewhere.
Swiatek should be grateful to Karolina, because this match started her time in top 10. And Karolina was in her second finale on grandslam.
Lol k
It does not happen very often.K.Pliskova is a very experirnced tennis player and she won many important tournaments and a lot of matches. in her long career. How it could happen such a loss?Very difficult to explain.I would never ever bet even $ 1 ,00(one dollar ) for someone to win with such a result. It is almost miracle.
So... Polish girls are ruthless, Wiktorowski must be a great mental coach. Świątek barely took off her warmup sweater.
in defence of Cibulkova she was an amazing fighter and one of the toughest opponents ever in womens tennis...
Can't believe that you haven't steffi Graf's 1988 french open victory on either list. It was a grand slam final and Natasha Zvereva only final of a grand slam in singles. Or chris Everts Annihilation of martina navratilova 1981 Amielia island. Martina was a multiple grand slam champion by then
where's Errani giving Shvedova golden set? that was major humiliation
what was the unforced error tally for cibulkovas match? (1st one)
8 for Radwanska to 36 for Cibulkova.
Year later Cibulkova destroyed Radwanska to get to the AO final so....better to be destroyed in the wta final than in the grandslam semis
T hey need to add some recent beat downs. I think Mugu had about 7 or 8 of them in 2022 and the start of2023
You really despise Pliskova! 😲
To be precise, it's not a humiliation if you play awfully and lose after making 100 unforced errors in a match. It's a humiliation if you meet an opponent and don't have any answers to what he or she throws at you, no matter what you try. :)
Given what we’ve seen Swiatek do over the past couple of years I don’t actually think the Rome loss is that terrible. I believe she will one day win a grand slam final 6-0, 6-0 too.
She won't double bagel anyone in a GS Final, unless they are seriously injured. The WTA is too competitive for her rn
And guess what she did double bageled Wang Xinyu in this year French Open, except it’s not in the final but on R3😂
Qué dice Radwanska que no entiendo?
Cibulkova is good from behind:)
Ona a lighter note, i had the biggest crush on Cibulkova ❤❤❤❤
Cibulkova destroyed herself😂 Aga just played her usual game nothing exceptional
Why biggest humiliation? This is not the 1st 6-0 6-0 in the history of tennis. In a Roland Garros' final Graf b. Zvereva 6-0 6-0 in 29 minutes, and everybody though: it`'s the end of the young Natasha's carreer. Some years later Natasha b. the favourite Steffi in 2 straight sets at the semifinals in Wimbledon. 2 weeks ago Camila Giorgi (not really a tennis superstar) gave a 6-0 6-0 to the former US open's champions Sloane Stephens. Before blaming a loser, look at his shape and his health conditions.
If I good remember Natalia Zvierava (Belarusian version of her name) was 16 or 17 y. o. in 88. It was her 7 match. Stefanie Maria was born in 69, 19 y.o., like Iga in October 2020 (born May 31 2001).🙂
No I’m sorry the biggest embarrassment was at the 1981 Amelia Island Championships Final when Evert def Navratilova 6-0 6-0 in 44 minutes.
The Difference was, that Iga was dominating Pliskova and Cibulkova couldnt hit 2 balls against radwanska, but also credit to her
Radwanska was dominating Cibulkova. She didn't let Cibulkova to gain momentum in the start of the match and that way she anhiliated Cibulkova.
If dominating means “letting your opponent miss every single ball” then sure Aga was dominating 🤭🤭🤭 be fr smh
@@bqnanaaa4838 She didn't miss the shots on her own. You clearly don't understand tennis at all. Agnieszka Radwanska forced Dominica Cibulkova to make those mistakes. She played very smart and didn't allow Cibulkova to gain any momentum. Agnieszka Radwanska was in that match so good that Cibulkova simply didn't have any answers.
@@einarsd4 Cibulkova would go months without playing well because she couldn’t even clear the net on her shots. She was literally too short to play top level tennis.
@@westonmeyer3110 Do you even know who Dominica Cibulkova is? It seems not. For your information clown and delusional loser who doesn't understand anything in tennis Cibulkova is former world #4 in singles and former world #59 in doubles. Also she is former Australian Open Finalist, French Open Semi-Finalist, 3 times Wimbledon Quarter-Finalist and US Open Quarter-Finalist, former WTA Finals Champion. So don't speak what you don't understand, is it clear your clown? As you can see Cibulkova wasn't weak. Stop using your emotions. You lost this argument. Facts are on my side.
Terrible to see a player trying but nothing happening, be better to quit than get humiliated
Yaroslava Shvedova ranked about number 28 vs Sara Errani ranked about 6...Yaroslava Golden seted Sara in the first...that's humiliation in my book
At least Cibulkova took her loss like a woman. Have to respect that.
Double bageled by Radwanska? Now that’s embarrassing
The fact she got double bageled in a final is embarrassing, NOT the fact that it was against Radwanska. Radwanska won 20 titles in her career (including big ones), even some grand slam winners won much fewer titles.
Radwanska era una pasabolas de libro.... Cibulkova cometió muchísimos errores no forzados, no fue por ganadores de Radwanska ... In my opinion Radwanska was a pusher, Cibulkova made too many unforced errors in this match. It wasn't Radwanska winners (as usual)
Is it a case that clothing companies dont make tennis dresses like Cibulkovás anymore or that women just dont were them anymore.
Who ever put this rtape together, he/she dosn't know or remember, when Dvid nalbandian threw his rackets around, & injured lines man, ball boy/girls so they wer bleeding?!! Jeff tarango verbally called infront of the audience;, awful terribel humiliatig remarks! And way tooo much more. Injuring anyone & getting award for his oplay? That's like 2 + 4 = 79?????!!
OBVIOUSLY A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF AN FIXED MATCH 😅
This girl has power just needs some knowledge of the court and angle, how old is she?anyone?time will tell.
I see no humiliation in these matches. Why so negative. I see they are both disappointed but humiliated. I believe that is your word and you are trying to project some humiliation onto these women you may have experienced. Believe me, it is not in a tennis match.
Clickbait headline!
Polish power😉😉😉
Pliskova accepted the humiliation with a smile, what a failure.
to be a woman tennis player your last name has to end with an 'a'
What the hell happened with Dominika in that match?! She still has the best legs of any lady tennis player ever.
Steffi’s are better
@@turnerturnerturner Pffft...
She is short. That was literally her biggest problem in her career.
@@westonmeyer3110 yes? She’s beaten Aga before, so that’s not really a reason why she lost 6-0 6-0
I don't know but I think she wasn't used to playing in the evening because the light was different (the match started at 7:30 pm), so she couldn't judge distances as well as during the daytime..
So Cibulkova had a crappy day, on which she played a crappy match, but to use words like "the biggest humiliation in tennis history" is just mean. I feel really sorry for athletes, who must deal with this kind of internet nonsense.
This was actually pretty typical for her. If you make her play rallies she will always hit it in the net. She can’t volley, she can’t smash, she has no reach to play defense. She is basically completely limited to first strike tennis with an even greater degree of risk because she struggles to clear the net with her shots so she has to sacrifice accuracy for height on the shot.
@@westonmeyer3110 I mean she won WTA finals, made a slam final and was top 10 so fair play to her. Sportsmanship wasn’t her greatest strength as you say.
@@samisankey3104 She was like Ostapenko but with even less margin for error. Her style of play can work but usually it doesn’t. She had speed, power and a low center of gravity but that was literally it.
@@westonmeyer3110 yeah, it’s a limiting style of tennis but it can work very effectively at best. She definitely had a very good career though.
