Meterial:
1.PVC Pipe 1 feet
2. 15-20 Kg Cement
3. Gravel Stone Sand
3. Flat Transmission Belt
4. 50 Secrew
5. Ply Board
Mixure: 2 Bowl Cement and 4 bowl Gravel Stone Sand and Mix with Water
Weight Plates Size and Weight
1. Small Size Plate: 3.5 Kg Each
2. Medium Size Plate: 6.3 Kg Each
3. Big Size Plate: 13.9 Kg Each

    • you can use galvanized iron rod it'll be cheaper. The rod used here is chrome coated its little expensive but has long life.

    • you can either purchase compass with lengthening rod or you can use thread and a nail ,punch nail on center and tie a marker or a pencil on the other end of thread and draw a circle.............bingo
