They broke up September 2021, and have both moved on and are dating other people. They are professional and cordial and won’t make things awkward. They will interact like they do with every other cast member in press interviews. I think people should stop putting so much attention on them just being cordial. I mean; do you expect them to hate eachother for their breakup when Madelyn has been dating her bf for like 8 months now.. that would be weird

For people saying everyone seems weird, people openly bullied Madison and Rudy's partners because some fans can't differentiate TV and reality. They probably are still good friends off-screen. As far as Chase and Madelyn, they are being professional but again we only see parts of their interactions.

Honestly I don’t get all this ‘behaviour’. There are millions of actors that fans ship and I never saw them not looking at each other to avoid fans shipping on them. he has anxiety. as an anxious person i could literaly feel the anxiety through the screen. i noticed in the premiere too and in several others things. he's very anxious and on top of anxiety he has to has to keep his friendship with the girls and especially madie off camera cause the fans are literaly sick so he's even more anxious

I have really enjoyed that show. At times it falls short but overall more than anything I really love the friendship and camaraderie angle. Its almost like the quest and dangers are just background and it is satisfying to see them helping each other and interacting.

It really saddens me seeing Rudy so quiet & lost in his thoughts!! I miss the talkative, energetic, funny, bubbly Rudy who would make jokes and teasing stuff with his other cast members in the middle of nowhere! It could be the tireness of the day, but I feel like something's up! I really hope he's doing okay. I wish I could give him a hug. He seems like he needs one. 🥺 Also couldn't not notice the awkwardness between him and Madison tho, even though they kinda acknowledged each others existence some times, it's nothing like it used to be. im tired of ppl blaming fans for the way rudy and madison are acting. Being shipped is something that is bound to happen especially if you have a lot chemistry with your co-star. but as actors it is literally part of your job to be able to differentiate what's fake vs reality. People enjoy seeing the people they ship on screen have a good friendship off screen. this is just common knowledge. I'm not sure what happened between these 2 for them to not even make eye contact with each other or take a picture together or even stand next to each other in group photos despite their characters being "the big romance" of the season. But the narrative that the fans caused this needs to stop. this is clearly a personal problem between them.
