Jessi's appetite is still so american😂
I remember suffering from constipation from a long time no matter how many vegetables I ate. All changed after I started eating buckwheat (soba) regularly. Best decision ever personally!
Yeah, probably you are dehydrated as well. I once constipated especially if after meals of army rations. I fought it with plain water intake and a lot of green vegies. Then, it came out to be TOO EFFECTIVE that I had to adjust it with meat. If not, I will continuously in need to answer nature's call. Drink a lot of water and do constant cardio exercise. They will work out just fine. If suddenly become too much, then adjust with meat and protein intake.
I find exercising a few hours before bed helps to get things moving nicely the morning after
I’m going to try this! I drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables but I still have constipation due to being hypothyroid!
I tried to drink 1 cup of green tea everyday after my big meal and thanks to the Lord i dont have anymore constipation….

peanut butter actually last for a looong time if its in the fridge. best of or best if used is not an expiration date, it just tells you that the taste is in 100% condition if its eaten before that date.

@@janwaldorf8075 If it doesn't smell or taste weird, it's still good, best before date is a suggestion, always trust your senses. It's food not drugs so.

Yeah they show footage when they pick refrigerator from their home with pick up truck lmao Many got embarassed when found there are many expired food in their refrigerator ......

Yep. Unless the fridge is built in. In that case they recreate the fridge just like how it appears at the guests house

Same here. And just like her, I often wonder where all that food went to😅 Yet I seem to be losing weight constantly it’s driving me crazy😭
Me too. I changed from alleopathy medicines to ayurvedic . now to homeopathy medicine . its the best days of my life. Since 3 months no constipation. I had to cut down cream and butter and nice cream and refined flour. And doing yoga regularly. Even my fissure wound almost healed. Hope u try different branch of medicine and get rid of constipation. Every body doesnt respond to all medicines.
