I’ve been blessed to be a “student” in the Built Better school with Justin and Team. His training protocols and programming are result producing, period! MMA and want more striking power? I see the benefit for 2x a day and separating the muscles groups in between but man the mental toll it would eventually take on you I just couldn’t see doing it consistently. No matter how much you train the most important aspect of training is rest. Every body and mind needs rest just as much as it needs physical reps.
Strengthen you mental mind state cause some people do it just fine
