  • I’ve had the pleasure of training with Justin on multiple occasions. His workouts have a special way of kicking your ass 😅 with that being said, his knowledge and programming are INSANE. Doesn’t matter who you are or your fitness background, you will get some insane results.

  • I see the benefit for 2x a day and separating the muscles groups in between but man the mental toll it would eventually take on you I just couldn’t see doing it consistently. No matter how much you train the most important aspect of training is rest. Every body and mind needs rest just as much as it needs physical reps.
