An attacker can drive the ball just enough between defenders and beyond GK reach for tap-ins, there’s nothing even a GK in his prime can do anything about it. Or a ball kicked by a player like Batistuta in his prime at 24-30yo

Neuer didn't even seem to have that bad a game. Half the goals were tap ins that he couldn't really do anything about, he still made several key saves to keep Spain out, and it's not his fault that their forwards couldn't do anything. Plus the two headers were not fantastic defending either, and the Ferran half-volley was not really anybody's fault
Let's be honest no one expected this result in Spain they were talking about Luis Enriques last match if his team not perform well I expected draw 1:1 but Löw must go
