    • Its incredibly hideous though... I'd never put that thing anywhere in my place and I have a giant kingdom hearts banner in my room. Its I guess clever? But it's not pleasing to the eye so it isnt a good decoration, and as a table that thing isnt very practical... I think it's a good example of "just because you can doesnt mean you should.."

  • Absolutely beautiful, as all of your projects are!! I don't think a bezel would work on this, but my wife suggested maybe adding a gold crown (the little knob on the side of the watch). It is still an outstanding table no matter what!! Thank you for a great video!

  • You are amazing creators! Such a beautiful piece. I thought for sure you would be using Swarovski crystals (to mimic diamonds) around the bezel and glued on top of the tacks you used in the watch band. Anyway, the wood is amazing, and the watches in resin surpasses even that somehow! Just stunning! Anyone would be proud to display such a gorgeous piece of art in the home/gallery. Thank you for sharing!

  • Beautiful! I like the table as it is, without the frame. But, since you asked, IF I were to alter it, I think that I would suggest to leave the edge of the casting unpolished (but still smooth) and apply the gold leaf you have used in other projects. That would give the impression of a thin watch case. Or, perhaps, some oak edge banding around the edge of the casting. That would sort of match the "watch band" part of the table and, again, give the impression of a case for your "watch". As usual, you've made a beautiful project and it has been an enjoyable 17 minutes, thank you!

    • I would make the watch edge look exactly like the watchs inside the table if I did add a cricle edge to the resin to make it look like a watch ... You could actually make the table top into a clock and then add another layer of flat resin on top ?

    • Да , это мелочные детали по сути ( сама идея дизайна очень крутая иторигинална 💯 )... Я хотел написать не хватает дырочек в деревянном ремешке стола и ещё такая металлическая штуковина которая в них защелктвается ( ну вы поняли , не могу вспомнить её рабочее название) .   • How could you not be happy with how it looks because I find it absolutely stunning and really appreciate the time and labor intensive work done to create a one of a kind table or whatever you would use it for, he'll it could simply function as decor or accent to a eccentric space or den!!! Fantastic work you should be proud of how it turned out as there are people that would love to be able to do that kind of work!!!

  • I love it as it is, yet I totally understand feeling as though something were missing. I think a watch face maybe to match the color of the studs on the strap that way it would tie in the studs.. Maybe also pins on the side for adjusting the time as you'd have on a real watch? It's another stunning piece!!! Absolutely incredible!!!!!

  • I love that you left the "blooper" or "accidental" drop of the round epoxy piece with the watches in it. It shows your sense of humour and that you're capable of making mistakes too. 👍 It's probably easy for people to think because Vitaly is so good at this and makes it look so easy, that he never makes mistakes. Even Vitaly makes mistakes. Albeit, probably at lot less than the rest of us. I love watching your videos. I'd really like to try my hand at making a coffee table some day.     • With solar powered, radio controlled clocks this would actually be possible for an extended period (as long as they have reception in the resin and if it doesn't glue up the movement). Or with automatic watches and a giant watch mover.

    • @@tz8785: I was thinking of motion-activated self-winding watches. Due to the shape of the table "watchband", one could lift up one end and rock it back and forth to re-wind the watches. Then it could last forever! And with the watches enclosed in the resin, no moisture, and no dust to mess with the watch mechanisms.

  • Beautiful table! And I like the design/shape of the frame, just not the color. The silvery look clashes with the oak and the gold-tone of the watches. So, with that in mind, maybe take that frame and strip it down and either gold-tone it or black so the watch table itself is highlighted/accentuated. But now, I have a question for you both. Are those watches all battery operated? A number of years ago (almost 50 years in fact) some watches were made with a "self-winding" mechanism built-in. All you had to do was shake the wrist back and forth to cause it to wind up inside. No external twisting the knob to rewind the watch. The batteries would die after a while and yet with lifting one end of the table and rocking it back and forth, it would wind the watches so they would work well beyond our lifetime. And one final note. I noticed that this time it seemed like both the music you produced totally synchronized with the video. Brilliant!!
