Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (XCMG) is a Chinese multinational heavy equipment manufacturing company with headquarters in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. The name "XCMG" is an acronym of "Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group. XCMG is the world's fifth biggest construction equipment manufacturer. With sales of just over 13 billion dollars in 2022, XCMG has consistently grown since its founding in 1943. The XCMG brand exists in 190 countries and has 15 manufacturing plants around the world.
XCMG manufactures a wide range of construction equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, soil compactors, motor graders, and more.
This is Jiangsu factory in China, where assembly XCMG excavators. Here are produced of medium, large hydraulic excavators in the range of 7 to 200 tons.

Worked and assembles it in south aftica the quality control is not good like loose mountings etc we didnt assemble whole machines loaders just cabs diffs bucket out of container but excavators came assemble and again qc not good

They have factories in more than 10 other countries outside of China. Besides that, they have also acquired several international heavy machinery companies.
China already has the same problem as the western countries. The young people don´t wanna work in the factories anymore. They all want to go to university or similar things.
