  • John is like 4-5 decades going at this. Levan looks like he can hardly breathe hes so damn big and Denis has already had tons of health problems. Just shows how GOATy Brzenk truly is to be doing it this long. None of those guys will come close to do this at 60. Insane longevity from the GOAT. the GOAT never had to sauce to the gills to dominate. Brzenk has been doing this longer than Levan/Denis have been ALIVE, yet they are the ones with the health issues and Brzenk is still beating grandkids

  • I will always say the reason Brzenk is the GOAT and no one is even a close second is because he has never backed away from competing. He's never been the guy to take one super match a year. He doesn't avoid an entire hemisphere. He takes on guys twice his size routinely. Anyone, anywhere, anytime. He puts it out there on the line and nearing retirement age is still putting world-class opponents away. Unbelievable. Such an honor to watch this guy in action in the twilight of one of the all-time great sport careers.

  • It blows my mind that the most active elite armwrestler is a 58 year old guy, all these young armwrestlers in their prime needs months to prepare and after being active for some time they just take a break John is truly the goat he competes so often yet he at top

    • John and Dave have been crazy active this year which is wild for those old timers. Same with Morozov, but he has youth on his side.

If there is 1 person who I would give his youth back it would be him. Would love to know how he would compete against all the top armwrestlers.
